Waited only 4minutes which was really great! Three people working, 2 at counter and one off to the side sorting boxes. What seemed like the gentleman in charge was somewhat rude to his employee sorting boxes it seemed. Unfortunately, I got him and he made a snarky comment about did I scan my items at the door, given I've been here about 3 times to return amazon items I've never been asked that. I feel like this gentleman was annoyed in general and didn't want to be there, which I understand but I was very polite and apologized. This establishment wasn't busy with a long line so I'm confused to why he was like this but we all have bad days so maybe this was his bad day.

Surprised how bad the customer service is at this location. no one was in the store and the rep yelled from across the store Amazon packages over there. i finished at the machine and asked the guy should I bring the packages over to him. he said they won't walk over there self. very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

The gentleman working the counter whose name I think was Larry was very rude. Seemed to be ready to quit his job. He first didn't want to assist a non English speaking couple on returning an amaon product. I understand maybe it seemed "busy" with approx five ppl in line but assisting them would've just taken a few seconds since that's what it took me to help them. When he called me up he asked if I already scanned the item. It was my first time at the store so I didn't know we HAD to scan to the item before approaching the counter. Maybe if he would've announced it as ppl waited in line more ppl would've done it. He told me to take the item out the box/bag since they don't need it. That was a first for me, usually they take the item in its packaging since the bag actually states that on it. I did as he instructed afterwards he scanned it and gave me a receipt I walked over to help the couple. He said here's your box, I said can you tops it for me and with a disgusted face he said no, I said you don't have a trash can another disgusted face and said nope, I simply said oh okay that's a first no problem. So I took the box and guess what!!! A trash can miraculously appeared in the store. I get it maybe it wasn't store policy to get rid of the box for a customer but the facial expression and attitude wasn't necessary. The elderly couple continued to explain to me that he was rude and didn't want to help them and thanked me. Poor customer service at this location. And to think it's only gonna get busier, he prolly should take a vacation.

I had an incredible experience with Ash. He assisted me with a shipment and an amazon return on Saturday. Ash's reliability and exceptional service were unparalleled. This UPS is my absolute go to. I went in with my 4 kiddos and Larry helped us like if we were family. Walking me through how to return things in the best way so I didn't have to pay extra for boxes. I can't recommend this place enough. And if you ever have a problem or need help just ask for Larry. He won't steer you wrong.

The guy there looks like he dose want to work, he wanted to sell me a box for $10 even though my item was already boxed. Out if 3 people after me where sent out with their item. He has no care to even try to help. Mo can do is his favorite word. Not using this ups location ever.

This store has the best UPS Store Employees. I walked into a very clean, organized, and well lighted store. There was one person in line and an available agent window open. I was greeted by this person, he was very customer service oriented.He was very patient while I retrieved all 4 of my Amazon return codes. He packaged and processed them very quickly and professionally.It was a great experience and I will come back here.

Paid for an item to be packaged before shipping, it was soo poorly packed and damaged that the receiver sent it back and I had to trash it. When I called to talk to the supervisor he yelled at me and said it’s not his concern.

I did file a claim but due to your unbelievably poor packaging they denied the claim. After researching you on the business tax office it came clear that you're not running your business under the correct business entity. I will follow up to revoke your license .Paid for an item to be packaged before shipping, it was soo poorly packed and damaged that the receiver sent it back and I had to trash it. UPS you need to promote Jeremiah! He was so attentive and kind. He provides top notch service. We always pay through card and there’s no tip indicated upon checkout and upon searching they are not allowed to receive tip but I tell you my husband and I are willing to give him 50% tip for the customer service he provides.We have been recommending UPS National City to out family and have been raving about the service. Thank you for the wonderful service you provide!

Employees here are awesome and very helpful, I definitely like coming here to send and receive packages. Came to get my 7 month old daughter her passport pictures and Jeremiah was sweet and fast to capture a cute picture.

One friggin dollar to print a piece of paper?!! Call that highway robbery! Lost a customer of many years to outrageous pricing. Good luck!Edit: Nice Try Mary! Anyone can just go to Office Depot down the street and print a copy for half the price you’re charging! Hasta la vista.
