“Evans tire team on highland ave we’re super helpful, professional and courteous. I Got a flat tire and needed a new one. Checked out a few other places closer to me but none have availability within the same day and also high price. Called Evans Tire on highland, spoke with Ali, quoted lower than the others. Although they didn’t have the tire I need in stock but were able to order one and get it the same day. After they received the tire, notified me, I came in and it took them about 30 mins. I can’t thank them enough! Would definitely recommend Evans Tire & Service Center on Highland Ave.”

“Who:Staff was communicative and friendly. Mostly Spanish speaking if that matters to you, they understood my English replies. What:Took in my 2003 Hyundai Elantra for an alignment, which was covered by warranty(Originally went in October '22).Where:Location is fine, some homeless were making a ruckus across the street. But they'll be on the they're way soon. About 3 or 4 parking spaces.When:I showed up on a Monday morning @8:30am(they open @8am) and I was shown to the bay right away, one lady was having her tire changed already in the parking lot.Why:Last time I was there they recommended that I change the camber and my 2 front tires. I hadn't got any of it done since. Due to finances I denied the service of the camber but did accept service for my 2 front tires and alignment. I was shown an option of used tires for $70 each & new tires for $90 each, I chose new. Came out to $195 with everything. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I could have got my tires cheaper somewhere else but I still needed my alignment done so wanted to give them a job($) since my alignment was free under warranty.”

“I've been going to Firestone for a few years now for usual maintenance. Oil change, fluid top off, filter changes, spark plug replacements, and battery replacement. I really appreciate their consistency of always being professional with me, educating, and helpful. I also really love their credit card where I can put my bill on my card and pay it off within 6 months with no interest, it makes paying big car bills a lot easier on my budget. They are also really great with scheduling an appt right when I need it and always call me before moving forward with any work that needs to get done to make sure I approve first. Will be continuing to go to Firestone!!”
