They even knocked a couple of hundred dollars off the price because it took longer than they estimated. They followed through on their warranty promise and took care of a problem that came up later. I highly recommend this family-owned business.”
“Great service!! Great communication!!My car started smoking on the freeway. I googled the nearest auto repair shop to see if I could take it somewhere close rather than having it towed (I live an hour away). They picked up the phone right away and said to bring my car right away. The mechanic was ready for me right as I pulled in and wasted no time figuring out the issue.Everything was explained to me (and shown to me) before it was done. Very honest. He also had to order parts to replace (which he did). Additionally, due do the oil that leaked all over the bottom of my car, the mechanic said he would take it to someone he knows (nearby) to clean it all up. I didn’t have to make a separate appointment for this and he included this in my estimate. This was all such a relief for me as I was not someone who lived near that area.It’s been over a month and my car is still running great - no issues whatsoever!The service is phenomenal here. On top of that, the mechanic and his wife (front desk) are just good people. So grateful that this scary experience (car smoking on the freeway) turned into a positive one. I cannot be more thankful.”

“Im impressed. Took my 86 F150 in to have the parking brake looked at because it was engaging at the very end of pressing the pedal completely in. That certainly was not safe especially since my truck has a manual transmission. I called and spoke to Carlos. He told me to come in the next day and he would take a look at the parking brake. I showed up the next morning like we agreed on and he asked me a few questions about the trucks brakes. After that he went and grabbed a few tools and had me sit in the truck an press the parking brake. After a couple of adjustments and 4 minutes later I was happy to have a working parking brake! Thank you Carlos for fixing the problem I was having and fixing it at a great price! I know who will be doing my brakes from now on. And a shot out to Steve. Great guy and a pleasure to talk to. “If anything " is good " about having to be in an auto accident it s knowing Southland Auto Body exists to take of you. Beyond being fair pricing , real concern for you as a person not just a customer, I find their honesty above reproach. They recently discussed a $7000+ repair with me and told me the ding on my Vin record because the frame had been damaged would lessen any future sales pricing even if they took my money and made my car all pretty and safe. They would rather not take a big job if it wasn't truly in my best interest. I had plenty of insurance money to cover it. It was just what I felt real concern for me I have sent all my friends there for years. All have been pleased.”
