“I recently took my Rav4 in for scheduled service and a recall, and overall, I appreciate the customer service I received. When I arrived, the young lady who helped me was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. She explained that the person who would be handling my service had not arrived yet and provided me with information about when I could expect to meet with him. I appreciated her communication.
The service and recall did take longer than the estimated time I was originally given, but I understand that sometimes things can take longer than expected.
One thing that did surprise me was being told that the air filters were not included in my service package and that replacing them would be an additional charge. I’ve had my vehicle for over two years and have brought it to the dealership for service during that time, so I was surprised to learn that the filters had apparently never been replaced because I had not previously been informed that they were an additional cost. It would have been helpful to know this during my previous services.
I also wanted to mention one small suggestion regarding the vehicle’s condition when it is returned. I had just washed my car before bringing it in, and I completely understand that car washes are not included with the service. However, it would have been nice to receive the car back in the same condition it was brought in. I ended up having to pay for another car wash afterward.
I’m sharing these comments because this was honestly the first time I’ve had a less than positive experience with the dealership. All of my other services and visits have been great experiences, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. I truly appreciate the service I’ve received in the past, and I hope these comments are taken as constructive feedback to help make future experiences even better.

“My husband had a good overall experience as a customer at this auto shop. We took in a bmw x3 to get a quote on fixing overheating issues after going to bmw dealership and getting quoted 4k plus. Juan quoted us around 2k total. We are driving this car back down to Florida and are in a time crunch Juan let us know he would have the car done within a few days and he was in fact done with it in a few days we added to get the brakes done too because pricing was so great compared to bmw. Would recommend to anyone needing a mechanic or auto shop he does it all!”
