Parking can be tight but the staff here are always so much more efficient and friendly than the one closer to my house. Even when it is incredibly busy they are quick and friendly and go above and beyond to help.

Hate the customer service here, always having a grind face. I would rather spend 4 hours at the dmv than 4min at the post office. #HorriblePlace

Delivery is the worst,I've been waiting here at home for my package I was checking on my cell phone too. I went outside and found a redelivery tag. Like I said Ive been home the whole time nobody knocked on door to deliver package. I need that part for today. Is incredible how they don't care about it. I signed online so they could just deliver it in front door. Will be using a delivery company

Ero was a great help! She did an excellent job and was very friendly, more than helpful and we are glad we went to this post office. She excellently managed a package transfer from one post office to another for us.

I don't know what quality of service they usually provide here, but in my experience, I bought an item on Amazon and the seller dropped it off at this location and it was supposed to arrive in LA the next day. USPS failed to scan and process the package correctly and it is currently in Ohio ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Hopefully when it's delivered it won't get stolen off the front porch because I'll be out of town at the time.

I’m surprised at so many bad reviews!Erick was very helpful. The lines are usually long at this post office. I did not have a box for my items so I had to go back home and get it. Erick told me to not wait in line again and just go directly to him which I was grateful for. The line had gotten worse when I had come back but I didn’t have to wait.He was very quick, efficient and helpful!

Came to this post office to mail an item to a loved one one in Washington and was stuck in line for over twenty minutes. There was a long line and only one USPS employee assisting a customer, and the employee was very slow, we all got no apologies whatsoever, terrible service, disappointed reminded me of the DMV

The worst post office I’ve been to. The lady that services me was rude and lack customer service and tried to force an unnecessary purchase. I left and went to the USPS on 3rd Ave in Chula Vista, at that location they’re very helpful and friendlyZ

This office has the absolute worst service imaginable. Their in store supervisor got in my face yesterday as if he wanted to throw hands. I told him to stop speaking to me the way he was and he said he would talk to me however he feels. He then told the tellers not to serve me because of my attitude (I just wanted a receipt) so he was threatening to fire/reprimand tellers for giving me a receipt for my packages. He said he would call the police I said go ahead and he did. Nat city police showed up and couldn't do anything to me because I did nothing wrong. They then as a courtesy took my packages inside and the supervisor told the police that he would not be giving them a receipt either. This man is blessed he wasn't getting in the face of someone less calm then myself because he would have gotten thrown out the window. I was humiliated by this supervisor infront of a room full of customers and he cheered on as the employees laughed at me making things worse. There is something wrong with this location. The staff feel as if they are above everyone else and do not have to serve you properly according to USPS policy.

The older gentleman with glasses and possibly works the drop off area is very rude and arrogant. I walked in with a couple of things since i was unsure of what i needed (whether to box or use envelope) and he walked up to me and asked what i was here for. i showed him what i was trying to ship out and he gives me a rude and arrogant tone saying “we can’t ship your items like that.” Yes i know that, thank you for stating the obvious but shouldn’t you help me out and help others out on what is needed to ship things out instead of giving customers a rude tone and looking down on us as if we’re nothing. Maybe some of us aren’t as familiar or maybe we just want some clarification. For what it is worth, i’m glad it kept my cool otherwise i would’ve lost it. Although I, a teenager shouldn’t speak rude to those older than me, I think it was wrong for the older gentleman to act rude and arrogant to me. I get that you want to reduce the lines but maybe have a nicer tone to everyone and be patient or just leave the workplace as a whole if you’re going to keep up with that attitude.
