Worst service here!!! Had an appointment @ 11:30 am got to my appointment and the lady tells me that "they called me several times " to tell me they needed to reschedule due to low staff and that the lady that was going to help me was going to be a teller for the day. I told her that I never received a calls or voicemails and she insisted that they had called several times. She said maybe the number was incorrect and went to the computer to check and told me the number and I told her it was correct and still I didn't have no miss call, calls, or voicemails saying that my appointment needed to be reschedule. She said that I could wait for another person to help me but she was on her 15 min brake and even then she wasn't sure if she could take me right away because didn't know her schedule or if she had any personal appointments. Are you serious????????? So unprofessional, not helpful at all, seem that they don't care about customers. Last time I will be coming to this branch. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Veronica A at this location goes above and beyond at her customer service very transparent and thorough with conversations . I definitely like to thank her for all the hard work she's done to help me thank you again she definitely deserves to be a manager !

Horrible customer service was asked to go to another branch because costumer reps weren't available for support . Fast forward 15 min later went to Chula Vista got served as soon as we walked in. Ridiculous

These people over here need to learn some manners menn like who raised them only the security guards knows how to treat people the right way I was there today 2 ppl walked off mad like mad mad out the branch so when it’s ma turn I knew they gonna say some weird that old lady name bianca got waiting for 40 min pretending to be waiting for a call to answer while hanging the phone on her cheeks like who does that

Not a location that I would go to except because it was on the way, so I can stop by, the parking is very dangerous to drive around, people were driving angry, screaming and honking plus speeding in the parking lot, then it took about 30-45 minutes standing in line, I wouldn't open any new account with Wells, because they charge a monthly fees for your checking, and of course overdraft if you got less than $500, I would get a better experience with Chase and other brands

The place was accessible and not long wait, also they have ATM inside for large amount of withdrawal with out waiting for a teller!Handicap accessible and great customer service!

worst bank you wait for hours and hours. they suck wast of my time. it's worse than the DMV. If you need to get anything done unless you have your whole day scheduled cleared do not come here even if you have an appointment you have to wait. if you're five minutes late to your appointment they will not see you. they'll make you wait. they don't pick up the phone, I don't even know how they are still in business with all the bad reviews they have. Also, they don't have enough seating area for a customers. Their lobby is full with people and you have to stand if there is no seat available.

I live in Kern County somehow my card was used here at this location. I have never been here or used Wells Fargo. I would not recommend this bank.

I just wanted my check cashed then deposited. Ben never told me I couldn’t cash it he took it upon himself to deposit it and gave the cash back I asked never telling me he didn’t actually cash the check first. I had to literally run back to the bank once I realized my fund weren’t available. Just say you made a mistake, don’t insult my intelligence trying to cover your tracks.

Horrible experience.Always have to wait for over an hour toMake deposits.Why there is only 2 cashiers helping customers at peak hours all the time.Please hire people or schedule more employees.I prefers to drive all the way to Plaza bonita or Chula Vista’s than waste my time here.Please take care of your customer:

There are 8 windows for possible use but only have 3 tellers available! This Wells Fargo is soo busy and yet they can only afford to have 3 tellers? Every single time I come in there are only 2-3 tellers working. The higher ups need to take a pay cut and they need to hire more tellers! This is ridiculous that there are 16 people in line, which by the is out the door. I see the same tellers every time I come in here and I feel bad for them. They are all very helpful and have great customer service. Wells Fargo you're cheap! The. You have these lady's greeting people asking how can we help you today. Put them behind a window to knock out the line! It's soo stupid how they're wasting time greeting people when they could be helping clear this line. Or get rid of their position and hire another teller. The security guard is great, also helps direct the line otherwise this place would be out of control. This place needs soo much improvement. The person running this place needs help.

Belinda the teller that helped me was very professional. So why the one star, not because of her. Yesterday I came to take care of an issue with my Mom's account. 2 to 3 tellers kept passing us up. One that was behind us and no appointments went ahead of my Mom. There was one teller, the same as yesterday, today saw someone who she knew and assisted him. Maybe he had an appointment, don't know. Skipped us. Yesterday I'm leaving at four, she stated. Ignored us. Was already waiting more than 30 minutes. We left and she was still there. Just wish she could of helped us. I'm no one special. But my Mom is to me! Y s they do not have to feel the same about my Mom, but it's every day. Customer Service at Wells Fargo is unprofessional. Not everyone. But many tellers, yes.

Some are good but I got there around 430pm and the lady just kept waisting time talking to her customers then leaves the customers that u can clearly tell have been waiting a long time. the other rude lady told me she couldnt help me bc that was her last customer she took then tells me make an appointment which the app didn't even work. So I will go to another bank and close this one soon wf has shady connections anyway.

Went in at 3:45. Had to wait until 4:40 to be seen. Only to then be told we would need to come back another day because what we needed to do would take longer than 60 mins. Horrible service
