“Jason, the manager at AutoZone Store #3699 in Needles provides excellent customer service. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and goes out of his way to help customers find exactly what they need. The store runs smoothly under his leadership, and you can tell he cares about both his team and the people who walk in. I got stranded in Needles traveling to The AVI Casino for a performance with my family when my Engine Coolant Reservoir sprang a leak and the vehicle over heated in a 115 degree weather. This location did not have it in stock but another Auto Zone in Bullhead did Jason told me. I called my drummer at AVI, he came picked me up, went to Bullhead, purchased the part and then came back to the Needles Store. Jason's shift had passed and he went home. The Store called him and he left his house to drive back and Installed the Reservoir in my vehicle, put the coolant in and made sure there were no bubbles in the line. I was able to get to the Casino on time and perform in the nick of time. This man HELPED me and my family in a desperate moment. He showed Great kindness and concern for my need. He went out of his way for a customer and I really needed to give a BIG shout out to him. Thank you Jason. From the bottom of my heart! Great Employee AutoZone!”
“Walked in, showed him my bad starter relay. Without even asking year, make, model and color, he handed me exactly what I needed. Wish I knew about this shop years ago”
“The owner ordered then replaced the spoiler on the top of my car trunk. My brake light is in it. My car is 20 yrs old. A few days later, he replaced it while I waited in the office chatting with his mom. A nice, fair family business. Nice folks. Fair price. Rapido service.”
“Altogether a great experience ...they were not able to get my job done due to their schedule, but referred me to another very able connection, job done....this is a busy and long standing place ..thanks John”
