The Best Western Colorado River Inn offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers. The rooms are clean, updated, and quiet, with air conditioning that works well, though it can be a bit noisy. The breakfast options, while not extensive, provide a decent start to the day, with the egg and cheese omelet being a highlight. However, the hotel's WiFi has been down for some time, which can be an inconvenience for guests who need to stay connected. The hotel staff, including Isaiah, Martha, and Crystal, are generally polite and helpful, providing recommendations for local dining options like the Wagon Wheel. They also cater well to guests traveling with pets, with a reasonable $20 pet fee. While the overall experience has been positive for many repeat visitors, the front desk staff has been reported as unfriendly on occasion.
WiFi was down while there so had to hotspot the entire time. The breakfast was a little lacking compared to the rest of the hotels in the brand

Isaiah was very polite and helpful. Dinner recommendations at wagon wheel was spot on. If you are traveling with your pets. They take care of you. No worries for your pet at all. And it's only a $20 pet fee. Very fair and reasonable. Nice rooms. Great experience
