We showed up at 10 AM. We had a 1:40 pm appointment. She gave us a number we waited about 15 minutes. We were out of there by 10:30 AM. Great crew! Very well organized the lady on point when you first check in really knows her stuff and how to get everyone through quickly. Patrick at window 5 was great. He was thorough and quick. I’m glad we came out here from big bear. The DMV in Victorville, we would have to wait two months for an appointment. We were here to get my wife a real ID so we can fly domestically.

Of all the DMV’s that I have gone to over my years. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had., The place was not crowded at all, the staff treated me like a human.
Very kind, I’m not just saying it, I could feel it, these are good people.
Failed my first test and the customer service representative said, Sweetheart, take your time and maybe study a little bit and then try again.
Who does that nowadays?
And the second time I passed, I was so happy thank you so much for a great experience.

Literally the best DMV ever (especially if you are smart and make an appointment). In and out of there in 20 mins (updated real id drivers license & new picture) and the lady who helped me was the sweetest dmv worker in the world!!!

Very helpful DMV just make a appointment ahead of time and have the paperwork you need prior to going down and you will be fine.

Worst dmv experience i ever had, living in two other states i never had to jump though so meny hoop to get something i already have!!! (A ID to a real ID) apparently the ID the state given me is not real lol. Need in hand your brith certificate so they can just look at it because a copy just won't due. They need the official one just to put a little finger oil on it. Not only that but I bought them my power bill information that I received from the power company it was rejected due because it said (b3) apt311 meaning building 3 apartment 311 the lease did not have b3 in it so easy rejection but two days ago I bought the same document for my wife and she was approved please explain this! Dmv will do everything in their power to deny you is what I'm getting out of this ridiculous experience!

After almost 50 years of dealing with different DMV offices in both Los Angeles and Orange counties I have to say this experience was amazing. I was a little apprehensive going to a small town office because of how hectic most of my visits have been in much larger offices. Boy was I wrong, three people dealing with a relatively long line of people streaming in and everything was taken care of punctually and efficiently. Special shout out to Yvette ( I think that was their name) who although they were not dealing with us directly was a multitasking wizard and made our process much easier than we were anticipating. Wish all DMV's were like this one.

I had a short wait for around 5 minutes. Then it was only 5 or 10 minutes and I was done. Got what I needed to do and I was on my way.

We drove there and there were signs covering the windows.
