Excellent service, usually closed on weekends except for emergency, our modem took a dump, called Saturday, got back per text, saying all correct on their end, to unplug etc…told him already, asked if home can swing by and drop off new one. Joe was outstanding, Thank you again

Internet is always shutting off at least 1time a day. Its been off for almost an hour as im oosting this. Very unreliable.

Absolutely love their little team of technicians I was not so kind and I made it extremely difficult on where they need to place the box but they handled everything very well so a big shout out to the tech team Andrew Miguel and RustinHighly recommend due to them being so patient
