This place was a little spendy my biggest problem with this place is that they had nothing for newcomers most places they'll give you like a little joint or some kind of deal or percentage off if it's 5% 10% whatever they had nothing maybe in the future they'll change that up I think the guy said if I became a member it's a dollar off

Before even stepping foot in the building the man at the front desk was giving me a weird glare and when I walked in he was extremely passive aggressive making me not even want to shop here. There is no other stores near so I just sucked it up but my entire experience he was eyeing me down like I was going to do something. I would like to walk in and buy weed without being judged but this is definitely not the place for that.

I've been going to elevation for quite a few years now and today was my worst experience I was there to purchase some smoke and I wanted to buy a cartridge for my new vape it's like a tobacco vape obviously you can tell I'm old school and the girl behind the counter told me she didn't know if the cartridge would fit well I would have to bring it in for her to see well anybody who smokes a lot would know what I'm talking about and then an elderly lady behind the counter came up and said would you please move I have a customer interested in the cartridges I was there looking at them so you know I just left that was so wrong and disrespectful no way to run a business I've never had problems except for today the people the two ladies being so rude also my friend was in there wanted to purchase sleepy time lavender blueberry gummies and the lady gave her grape gummies sorry again this is not how you run a business the majority of the people that I have come across that work there are very nice these two ladies really know how to turn a customer off and we do spend a lot of money in there thank you

Be sure to check and confirm when you're ordering plants. Two years in a row they've given me something other than what I had ordered online. I caught it myself this time and had it corrected before leaving.

Each visit here is fantastic. The staff are always kind and knowledgeable, online ordering is very convenient, and they have ample parking. Discounts and specials are available throughout the month, and I've been happy with the quality of my purchases.

There is a crazy story about how I ended up here...but I have to say the employees are super nice, and there is a great special for first timers, if you want to sign up. There is the required weekly email, so i declined, as I was just in town for the night. I went straight to the infused pre roll. My gentleman bud tender, was super nice and wanted to be sure I enjoyed my hi, with suggestions, if I was feeling anything funny/not so funny-ha ha! His information was educational, and appreciated as I do know that a particular terpine makes me a little nervous. So loved what I purchased, and will be back to this place, if I ever end up stuck in Grass Valley for the night.

Five stars all the way! Michael and the counter staff at Elevation 2477 have been absolutely phenomenal. They're incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist me, my mom, and my grandmother in finding the right products. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The atmosphere of the dispensary is welcoming and clean, making it a comfortable place for all of us to browse and make informed decisions.
