Clean rest stop area. Beautiful views. It was a really nice place to stop at during our 4 wheeling trip. We had never been there before and it was a pleasant surprise.

Short and easy hike to arguably the most beautiful body of water I've ever seen. So serene and awe-inspiring, I'm really happy to have made a stop here and hope you can too! The water is incredibly calm and great for skipping rocks. It's places like this that remind me of just how grateful I am to be living on this amazing earth. Limited parking.

This is another lovely swim hole in out spectacular region of the Sierra Nevada. Takes about an hour to get to, but very easy to find. There is a massive cliff jump spot just west of the pools called Goliath. Took us some bushwhacking and tapping into our primitive navigation senses to find, so I've attached a photo of an apple map showing where in the river it is. Good luck!

It was absolutely beautiful, but. I came with my husband and our 2 children, there was a couple that were sitting across from us, the woman decided to take their tops off... like how disrespectful! Especially when you see children, you should have more respect, this isn't a nudist beach it's a place we're families often visit.

Beautiful hiking spot. Trail disappears at times however it’s manageable. Just follow the stream down to a nice cliff jumping spot with easier and taller jumps.Parking: There’s some lots to park in, however it’s easier to pull off to designated areas and find spots closer to the trail headRestrooms: The wilderness is your restroom

Lots fun today, water is very clear and cool, my feet were numb after 5 secs in the water, but perfect for the hot days.

Nice space and easy to walk from a small parking lot to the pool. Water level varies during my visit. It went down 6” within an hour. PG&E hydroelectric dam upstream has something to do with it.

I come here from time to time to escape the heat of the valley and hike or swim with the family.Clean cold water, very short walk to initial destination but with a few long hike trail options. There are no amenities here, take out what you bring in. but you can set up a nice little base camp, leave part of the group to enjoy the pools and others can take miles long medium dificulty hikes to destinations further up trail.

Short walk to small pools, looks like there are a couple different paths depending on what side you start on. Free parking but limited spaces, with ability to park on sides of road up the street. Rocky but short path with side trails leading to the water. Clean water and we didn't see much of any trash.

Great spot to hang out on a sunny day, take a dip in the water (icy cold in the big pool but warmer in the shadow pools over the rocks), and explore about. Easy <5 min hike in from the trailhead lot (flat wide trail with rocks and tree roots). Had a great day here!Dog-friendliness: Was dog friendly.

Came here based on a bloggers review. Loved how peaceful and beautiful the scenery was. You need to get there earlier rather than later as the parking was full when we showed up at around 9 am on a Friday. The trail takes you right to the pools. Very pretty. No campfires allowed

Beautiful crystal clear water! I had an amazing time adventuring this area. Plenty of places to jump in and cool off. Minimal parking and public restrooms from what I saw as well as accessible paths to get to the water if needed for wheelchair bound individuals. If you are attempting to get to the waterfall you have to go down the river a little ways. There is no set path for this so be careful, very rocky and steep. Overall I would rate it a 5 but disappointed that there was a lot of trash people had not packed back out as well as minimal parking and restroom and accessibly.
