Gary at the Nevada City Napa is just wonderful! I was in a pinch today when one of my windshield wipers stopped working during a snow storm & he got be back on the road in no time - a real asset to Napa Auto Parts & the community!

They had the part I needed when they said they would have it, but the staff seems to have no sense of urgency. Like they have all the time in the world, even if their customers don't.
