My wife took our van here to have a broken side window replaced. Their price was 215$ 178$ more than the other shops in the area. She insisted as she had other windows repaired there and thought they did good work. When she got home I could still hear broken glass rattling in the door and a few pieces fell out. If you're going to charge 1.5x to 2x the other shops at least do a good job. Now I have to pay more money to have the door opened up, inspected, and cleaned. I'm crossing my fingers that they properly installed the air dam. People who do shoddy work typically cut it away and don't fix it. Nor do they properly clean up the broken glass.

I'm hoping a manager can speak with the receptionist at the front desk. She does not have good customer skills with the public. Walked in with no halos or how can I help you. Not only that she just sits there not explaining the process of how the insurance works etc. She made me felll uncomfortable by her rude demanor as I waited for her to talk back with me on any information I needed to know but nothing! She should not work for satellite if she can't not work lonely with customers. I hope someone speaks with about her work ethics.

Quick service. They are a bit pricey, we dropped the car off at 9:30am and picked it up about 2pm. The only downside is you may have to leave it there until 5pm.

I have used them for repairs and replacement. Scheduled appointments, nice to receive information about your technician, name , a picture, and consummate professional. If it's a repair, they warranty it. If they replace the windshield and it leaks, they will respond and resolve.

Unfortunately, I needed to have my windshield repaired due to a rock making a hole in it. I contacted Safelite and they sent Marcus to my home to repair it on a holiday. I was truly impressed with Marcus's professionalism in answering all my questions and his overall customer service. He completed the job quickly and proficiently, you would never know my windshield ever had a dent in it. Hopefully, I never have to have my windshield repaired again but if I do, I will definitely ask for their representative Marcus to be of assistance.

My recommendation is to take all steps to avoid this place. It is usually for people to leave spiteful, emotional one-star reviews on yelp but I'll do my best to be factual.I had initially set up a mobile 21 F-150 front windshield installation through my insurance. I got a call the evening before saying they couldn't install the part in Lake Arrowhead, that a payment of 1200$ would be due and that they didn't even have the part on hand. Willing to give them another shot I rescheduled for two weeks later.I had a two PM appointment, I called the 1800 at 12:53 to ensure my part was on site, as it is an hour's drive from Lake arrowhead given the road conditions. I was transferred to someone in the Ontario office who assured me the part was on hand, when I pressed her she doubled down and reassured me.Of course when I arrive on site an hour late they once again have the wrong part. This is quite astounding as not only have they had my VIN number the entire time, the F150 is the most plentiful automobile in the entire country. He repeatedly tried to peddle the OEM replacement on me, and when I finally agreed he said he didn't have that in stock either.I asked this manager for a courtesy tow, given the circumstances, and he refused.I called the 1800 number again to try and speak to someone called the district manager, the store manager's supervisor. An email was left but fast forwarding to a month later I still haven't heard from the DM. I've called five times and the DM is just ghosting me. Aside from that it was only yesterday morning that the Store Manager called to tell me that the correct part was in stock (is it though?)I'd highly recommend you stay away from this location and perhaps the company entirely. The operate a quasi-monopoly and are not interested in the success of the customer, they are only interested in selling you an OEM part and windshield wipers. You'd be much better off going to your local dealer to have your windshield replaced.

I've had to get my windshield replaced twice in one year due to mountain road conditions and used Safelite both times with wonderful results. Most recently Michael helped us out and made everything go so smoothly. My windshield wipers were also damaged and he was able to fix them in addition to the windshield. Having a broken windshield is never easy, but getting it repaired here sure is.

Got a chip on my windshield, due to recent rain and the subsequent pot holes on the freeway's.I called my Insurance company, Mercury and they set me up with an appointment with All Star glass.They could not fit me in till following week and they would charge me $99?I was worried the chip might spread and I would have to get a new windshield.So I called Safelite and got an appointment in 2 days.I was really impressed with the professional way they operate, very clean establishment and fresh Coffee.My tech Jesus, was amazing and he only took 20 minutes to fix the chip.They only charged me $50 cheaper than Allstar Glass.I will definitely refer all my family and coworkers for glass repair in the future!

Set up an appointment online and the technician, Marcus, gave me a call a few hours later letting me know he was on his way. He rolled up, let me know what was up and got straight to work. Didn't try to over explain or make me feel like I needed anything other than a crack replaced. He was quick, courteous, friendly, and kept me informed of what he did, what to expect, and made the process as painless as possible. My cracked window is filled in and I have confidence it will remain in good shape due to Safelite's 100% guarantee.

Had an appointment for a window of 1-5pm on a Saturday. Had a random Moreno Valley number call me at 12:39. NO VOICEMAIL. Around 2:30 I get an email notification that my appointment was cancelled. I call the Redlands number and get a call center. They look up the techs notes and state he tried calling multiple times and left voicemail/s, was last stop of day so he cancelled it. I informed the operator I got only one call and no voicemail. She offered to transfer me to the Tedlands location. I talk with a young girl who offers for me to take it down to Redlands. I say no, it's a company vehicle and the invoice has already been approved. They'd be getting paid for a house call and not even coming to my house. Argue with this girl and she offers to transfer me to the shop. Talk with another young girl from the shop who says she can see his call log but not the duration of the calls. I asked for the techs name since I obviously didn't get the voicemail or I would know it. She finally gives it to me after trying to get me off the phone(George Varragan).I stand my ground about needing it done today and she rudely says she'll see if she can send another tech but doesn't guarantee anything and will call me back. She calls back and tries to guilt trip me lol about having to take a tech out of the shop from work in there to do my truck. She says he'll be here in the afternoon, it's 3pm. I ask for a time frame and she says before 5 ok bye and hangs up. I'll never use the Redlands location again. Was even a headache trying to make the appointment in person as everyone in the office claimed I needed to do their foot work for the invoice approval. Even the manager tried to argue that and look right on the fleet pamphlet the instructions are there for the VENDOR! The driver instructions are to only present the pamphlet. Absolutely ridiculous. Had an issue with this office 3 years ago with my 94 Celica my son and I were restoring that had a mint interior and the guy scraped up the dash board. All they would offer was an $80 dash cover.

I just love getting my exhaust tip polished. I get it polished whenever I can I pay good money but man to have that exhaust tip polished... nothing like it! I could do it every weekend.?? Now this was in Michigan some years ago but the young lady that first polished the tip wasn't that great looking but boy could she polish an exhaust tip.?
