My Mitsubishi Outlander car was hit by someone on the back and the bumper and muffler were damaged. Nerser worked his magic on the car in very short amount of time and was able to make it better than new. He did a fantastic job with the bumper, the paint job and the muffler. I highly recommend this place for the transparency, high quality of service and the awesome delivery given by Nerser.

Trustworthy, reliable, and amazing service are just a few words to describe this business. From start to finish there has been open communication and trust. I wasn't sure what would come out of it, but They went out of their way to help me with my car. I was in a car accident and there was damage on the drivers side on both doors and they had to be replaced. These folks replaced the doors, did an oil change, fixed the alignment and fixed my tires because there were scratches on them. And let's not forget the detailing they did as well! I was left in aww because of the amazing service. Hands down I will recommend them to anyone I know and Bakhter Autobody will be my trustworthy source for my auto needs in the future.

I had the best experience at Bakhter auto body. Nassir was great and my car fixed in a short period of time and they did a great work on my BMW. They worked with my insurance and I highly recommend this body shop.

I met with collision and insurance asked me to look out for collision center and drop my car. After checking the reviews I went to understand the repairs needed for the car. Naser was on call and as soon as he saw me he politely put the call on hold and greeted me. I am really impressed how polite he is and he took look at the car and explained clearly on what all has to be fixed and how. Been to few other autoshop's who try to act so professional and don't share any info about the repairs they are doing. Once the repairs are done, I am surprised to see how clean the work is and my car looks brand new. Also he explained me well about the repairs, payments and supplements. Would recommend Naser any day in case you want your car to be treated well at the same time if you want to know what is being done to your car.

I am very happy with service, they fixed dent, my car looks brand new, done less than a week, did detailing, cleaning, washing, price reasonable, extremely good and prompt customer service, review for honda accord silver, even owner came on his day off to shop just to release my car it was their festival eid celebration, i highly recommended, Naser is the best.
