Nobody care to give appointment when you call and they don’t listen if you visit personally without appointment . Totally useless branch .

Too hard to reach out to them. I personally visited them and they said call for appointment and we dont allow walkins. Since then, When keep calling , either no body picks a call . After several days of attempts, once a banker picked and said "I cant give appointment now as my colleague is absent who can help " and asked to call again. Looks like there is nobody who knows what is customer service .

The Bank of the West is a total nightmare. They do not answer the telephone. They are charging me, without notifying me, a $10 fee for one of my accounts. I have to go to an ATM and physically deposit $1 in order avoid the fee. They are rude and unhelpful.

Worse bank ever! No one knows what they are doing since Linda left. I thought maybe it was just because they were transitioning, but it's been a LONG time now, and they still haven't gotten any better.

Charges $9.00 to cash check if you are a non-customer. That is boogus! Wow.... Go to walmart instead they charge $3.00-$4.00 to cash check.

Awful customer service! They keep locking me out of my account even though I'm sure of my PW and then I am forced to WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR whenever I call them!! And then the person that answers says he can't help me and is going to put me back on HOLD!?! If you have too many customers I can help you with that!!! I'm moving to Patelco where they appreciate their customers and respect their time! This is the example of how NOT to run a business!!

I would recommend this bank and definitely this branch! I did not even know I was qualified to purchase my first home until I met with the branch manager, Habib Acheckzai. He patiently went over my finances and the credit criteria. Before I knew it, he had me on the phone with his mortgage guy and I got preapproved within a week after. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating.

They used to be great with customer service it had plumeted since Linda left. Sad to say. I've called twice for a simple transaction and I know exactly who I talked to. The person said they would get back to me and did not. Sad it used to be the best around. Like Cheers everyone knew your name. There are a couple still there that have great customer service. Just too lazy to change Banks.
