Bath Fitter replaced my old worn out bathtub with a beautiful new bathtub/shower and surround. Jerry, the installer, did a wonderful job and the entire demolition of the old tub and replacement of the new unit took just a day. I am extremely happy with the new bath-tub/shower. Recently had bath fitters install my shower and doors. So happy with the outcome of the project. Their installer Casey did great work, was professional and curtious. This company should be proud to have someone like him working for them.

We had a low threshold shower installed and the installer we were fortunate enough to have assigned to our job was exceptional. Casey was the epitome of excellence in customer care as well as doing an awesome installation. He called to give an arrival time and was very punctual. He explained what the job entailed and the estimated completion time. Afterwards there was no mess everything was cleaned so well that if I would have had visitors after he left they would not have known that a shower was just installed.
I can’t say enough about the quality of this young man work ethics He definitely takes pride in his work and BathFitters should be proud to have Casey on their team.

What an awesome job by K.C. as he completed my 1st bath fitter shower and tub install. K.C. was very professional, on time, positive vibe and detail oriented. A super hero for us! He paid attention to details for each step and did everything perfectly. No trash or mess behind!
Even covered my flowers with protective covers wherever he was stepping in the house.
Look, being an owner of several properties as I upgraded many bathrooms in the traditional way, this is a paradigm shift with cool engineering technology.
There are other products I considered (like Re-Bath etc) but this product stood out the best for me .
Thank you K.C and Shams for making this process so easy for me .
My suggestion to all of you who are considering a bath upgrade with a luxury look, ease to maintain (no more dirty grout with mold concerns), go with the Bath Fitter.

We place an order for bath refit, I am getting worry for the fact we have not received any calls of information regarding our order. I just read the reviews on bad service and delayed in last few months, So we if we get screwed . I will make sure that everyone will Know from Facebook to next door and any social network out there.

we DO NOT recommend Bath Fitters, we never got any communication on the job that was supposed to be done, no replies for more than 2 months, their representative never answered our calls nor the emails sent. We requested a refund through our credit card and we are still waiting on them to approve the refunds. They are bad business.
