Our trainer, Fawad, is simply amazing!! His classes are fun, full of positive energy, great music. I get great workouts, decompress after a long day from job. I am addicted, his classes became part of my daily routine and I love it!

What we specialize on is personal training in a group environment. We Personalize workouts geared towards weight loss, reducing body fat, and gaining muscle. We personalize our group classes in a way where we are able to help individual's meet their personal goals, while doing things to their capabilities. If individuals have certain injuries or medical conditions we personalize their workouts in a way that is geared towards their abilities. Our philosophy is to assist people on improving their lives by leading/living a healthier lifestyle. Our team will be able to guide and coach you through all aspects of health and fitness, from exercise to nutrition.
