Extremely poor customer service and management. There were two employees assigned to loss-prevention while absolutely no one was available to assist customers. The checkout line was long and barely moving, leaving customers waiting unnecessarily and wasting valuable time.
It is unacceptable that preventing theft is prioritized over providing basic service to paying customers. Management needs to seriously reconsider how staff are allocated — the current approach shows a complete lack of organization and customer focus.
If this is how the store continues to operate, customers will choose to shop elsewhere. The situation reflects poorly on whoever is responsible for managing daily operations.

They closed the store hour early. But on the system the store hours are till 11 pm.

No restroom for customers, this forces the customers to go to other stores where they are cared for in better way. High points on affordable prices and wide choices on clothing brands.

The manager was so rude she close store at 9pm but online it shows 10 pm when I tell them why u close an hour early she starting southing on us and tell register lady to not bill our stuff and say our register goes down this was discussing then other people come and they bill their stuff why they do discrimination with us I need answer I need answer whyyyyyy

The line is one fur purchase and return and only one cashier #2. More then 12 customers are in long line. Improve your cashier status. Hire more

Rudeee. I asked nicely if I can go to the bathroom she walked away from me twice. Said she couldn’t give out the code, and an employee needed to escort me to the bathroom. Really? Really ? I am about to go to a whole other store. Please pray for me guys can’t hold it no more. I hate confrontation
