Made an appointment for a phone call. They didn't call. They emailed me and made another phone appointment, they didn't call. They are no longer needed. Fired them. What kind of company are you if you cannot make a call for new business? Twice!

I just completed my 2022 tax filing with C.L Tax. The process was smooth and efficient. Cici was very professional and helpful. She answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, and she helped me to file my taxes accurately and on time. I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise.

This is a very irresponsible company. The things I asked them to do were not sent at all. They even said that the information was lost. They did not follow up on customer matters for half a year. They lied a lot and couldn't find anyone. Every time I went to them, there was no one. Reply, this is a rubbish CPA, whoever is looking for trouble

In December 2022, I hired C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc. to draft, prepare, and issue out some 1099's for me regarding my business for the tax year (season) of 2022. C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc. did a marvelous job of timely, efficiently, and correctly drafting and preparing the 1099's for me that I needed to have issued out for the tax year (season) of 2022. If there was an error made, or, in the alternative, if there were any errors made, that error or those errors was or were addressed, resolved, corrected, etc. timely, efficiently, without a hitch, without an issue, without any issues, etc. C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc. did end up filing the 1099's that it drafted and prepared for me, which I was happy. However, C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc. did not issue out (via mail (United States Postal Service Mail) or via electronic mail (email)) to the person(s) and/or entity (entities) the respective 1099's needed to be issued out to, contrary to what C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc. initially informed me of when it said that it would do that for me. As a result, this left me somewhat irked, annoyed, irritated, unhappy, etc. because I myself had to issue out via United States Postal Service Mail the 1099's I needed to issue out for the tax year (season) of 2022. I was able to monetarily afford C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc.'s price for the service that I needed C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc. to provide me with, which was very affordable for me. As a result of this experience, barring some unforeseen circumstance(s) in the future, I will be reaching out to C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc. for the tax year (season) of 2023 for the purpose(s) of drafting, preparing, filing, and issuing out any 1099 (1099's) that I need to be drafted, prepared, filed, and issued out. As a result, in general, and overall, I had a good to very good experience with C.L. Tax & Accounting Service Inc.
