Clover Pharmacy has Very nice customer service. We got our Covid booster and Flu shots ( with appointments) there.

All I have to say is, wow I’m SO very disappointed. I’ve been getting my shots here(flu and boosters) for some time now and never did I think I would be treated the way I was. If you absolutely have to go here, avoid TANYA at all costs. I’ve never had issues with being treated like an other, I’ve lived here my whole life and people always treated me like anyone else. But I have to say, TANYA KIM treated me with such little respect, almost like she was disgusted by me. I was the only black individual in the waiting area and I watched her treat everyone else like a human being. When it was my turn, she wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. I normally wouldn’t leave a review like this, but when I got back in my car and my wife saw how upset and devastated I was she told me to let everyone else know. I will be emailing the owner as SOON as I get home.RESPONSE TO COMMENT:I was able to get my COVID vaccine here, that’s not what I’m upset about. If you read my comment, I specifically mention I was treated like an other. I accept your apology even though you’re deflecting.

After having MULTIPLE problems and hassles over many years with both CVS and Walgreens, I decided to give Clover Pharmacy a try. It's a few blocks from my house so that's a big plus!First of all, I'd much rather give a Mom&Pop pharmacy my business. And I could not have been more pleased and surprised on what a wonderful pharmacy Clover is.They are the worlds nicest people, super knowledgeable, and such efficient service! They have my refills ready and waiting before I even realize I need them! Do yourself a favor and make this little gem your new pharmacy!!

Got my Pfizer booster shot from here! Very smooth process. Everything was handled very calmly. They don't take walk in after 4pm. They have different queues for walk-in and appointments. Make sure you have an appointment to get your shot faster.

Had my preschooler vaccinated here today and it went smoothly. This is a small mom-and-pop type of pharmacy. For context, the average American kitchen is larger than the retail area of this pharmacy. We came at around 4pm on a Monday and were the only ones in the store. There is no bathroom here for customer use. But they do have a parking lot in the back; you need to drive down a narrow alley to get to it.

Excellent service. On time with appointments. Staff were friendly and attentive.Went here for COVID vaccine and booster shots. Family and myself were all surprised by the staff's execution skill with the needle, the injections were literally PAINLESS each time.They do covid testing, and also have a good variety of OTCs and face masks in store. Fully recommend Kyle and his clinic!

I'm very thankful for my 81 year old woman getting her 4th Covid shot. How ever if you as a pharmacy are offering Covid shots to children and adults MUST have a bathroom available for them.My mom needed to use the restroom for #1 so bad. They were half hour behind schedule and all they say was...sorry no public restrooms when I ask for itThe nice stablihment that let me used their restroom asked me "did the pharmacy dinied the restroom to your mom ? I answered, they don't have one. " Her answe was "so sad, they have two"Children and elderly can't hold their needs like we can, my mom was so embarrassed because she had an accident for the first time in public ?e
