Customer Service team is difficult to get a hold of and very unprofessional. We have tried for very long to get cancel our service and get the shredding bin picked up and have not heard back yet they still continue to bill.

Should do better to retain employees, I have to show a new driver where the bins are located every month. Pay your employees dead beats.
