“I was shopping around. The cashier was helping someone out. She was so friendly. She came over to me and told me how much she loved my dress. Made my year! Than the line was long. She didn't hesitate to jump in ring people up. Including me! She was super fast! We exchanged a lot of small talk which was so warm. I really needed her and she had me! But that's okay, because they assist the customers when needed and aren't rude. Not everyone is about making small talk when checking out and that's okay. I always make large purchases of close to $100 dollars for my job. At least twice a month. So you can imagine the people behind me in the checkout line are pretty annoyed and frustrated for my large transaction. Especially when there is only one cashier. But the cashiers never give me any negative vibes. They are always courteous and polite, even when we can all hear the customers in line complaining.”
