Danelle at the front desk has been so calm and helpful during my one year at Extra Space. I was stressed due to a big move and lost my keys....she remained calm and helped me get a new lock. She is polite as is the entire team. I highly recommend Working with her and the Newark team.

Need a larger storage than I have now that visited public storage office in Newark around 5pm today. I’m using 5 x 5 storage and wanted to upgrade to 10 x 5 storage since my baby stuffs getting bigger volume. There was a manager Danelle Colaci and I and my wife brought an online price for 10 x 5 but she mentioned that only new customer can apply online price deal and only two 10 x 5 storages left in 3rd floor. Finally, we decided to rent another 5 x 5 storage in 2nd floor and wait till 10 x 5 storage is available. One unit I have rented for a long time has distance from new unit that the manager asked me to transfer to closer unit together and we agree with that.
In sum, I couldn’t rent 10 x 5 unit today but could save my money! Old unit is rent from my wife and new unit from me that I could get lowest rate as $20 for a month! Thank you Danelle for helping me! You are the best! Thank you!

Feel safe having my stuff here and anytime I’ve had any notices of changes going on they respond super fast to get it resolved, I spoke to dinelle who was super helpful and kind over the phone and got my situation resolved the same day.
