The people at the cash registers are very rude they expect to carry on a conversation with you when you're simply trying to buy your items it shouldn't take you 45 minutes to just cash out items don't want to do it their job by checking the item for the price I try to buy some cinnamon store brand and she tried to charge me for name brand cinnamon price the one I was buying was $3.99 she tried to charge me up towards almost $6 and everything in this store is overpriced half the time is filthy and a health crisis

Shopped this store 8/23/2025 and the employees were so unfriendly. The cashier did not reply after I greeted with a Good Morning. There was no response after I wished her a good weekend. Very unhappy and rude cashier. Also, it was a Saturday and only 2 SLOW cashiers working. It made for such a bad shopping experience. I left shopping at Safeway for the same reasons. Bad/non existent customer service. Won’t go back

Who is the manager at this location? Apparently, the manager is unable to accept and fulfill the initiative to delegate responsibilities in order for a checker to receive assistance, or to assist with customer service, so that the wait time checking out diminished. The length of time that I was in the line exceeded 15 minutes. Overall I purchased my items that which I needed. However, there was only 1 cashier, who handled a very long line, and calling for help, in which she did not receive. Her name tag read LaCosha. She has always fulfilled her responsibilities professionally and efficiently, as well as, conveyed courteousness. Also, every question that I've posed toward her she has been able to assist and or provide an answer that which led me to receive what I needed.
