Anthony and the service team were awesome! My Jeep had to be towed in as we were beginning our trip back home post-holiday travels, on Friday. The original assessment was that Monday was as soon as they could begin the repair process. The team not only got my vehicle in the day it was towed, but completed all repairs same day! This allowed me to get back before my leave expired!! Truly above and beyond!

I purchased a car from this dealership, and my experience after the sale has been absolutely horrible. Everything was perfect until the moment the paperwork was signed. After that, it’s like the dealership completely disappeared.
While buying the car, I was promised many things verbally to convince me to go ahead with the purchase. One of the biggest promises was that I would get insurance at half the price, along with help and support if I faced any issues after buying the car. These promises played a major role in my decision to buy from them.
Once the car was purchased, all communication stopped.
I tried calling.
I tried texting.
I tried following up multiple times.
No responses. No callbacks. No emails. Nothing.
When I finally managed to reach someone, I was either ignored, given vague excuses, or told they would “get back to me” — which never happened. The same people who were extremely responsive and friendly before the sale suddenly had no time once the money was already taken.
The insurance promise turned out to be completely false. There was no half-price insurance, no support, and no explanation. When I asked about it, they avoided the topic or acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. That is extremely dishonest and misleading.
Any issues or questions I had after purchasing the car were treated like they didn’t matter. This dealership clearly believes that once a car is sold, the customer no longer exists. That is not how a professional or ethical business should operate.
This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. Buying a car is a big decision, and customers should not be misled with empty promises just to close a deal. If something is promised, it should be honored — not ignored.

Had a great experience leasing a 2-door Jeep Wrangler in my favorite 41 paint color. Jose Garcia was excellent in helping me out right from when I walked in the door and all the way to when I drove out the driveway with the Jeep. He explained in detail all the features, options, financing options etc, he was super friendly and that made the entire buying process a breeze...he helped me get a good deal on my lease. Thank you Fremont CDJR and Jose Garcia

I recently purchased a Jeep from FCDJR and the experience was excellent. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Frank and Mohammad answered every question clearly, kept communication consistent, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Financing was efficient, and there were no surprises — just a clean, well-run process. Highly recommend.

These guys make it easy. A purchasing decision shouldn't take up your entire day. We were in and out and based on the comps in the area at the time, we got an amazing deal. Five stars 💪🏾

Scam !!! I hope to inform others who need vehicle repair. This shop is both terrible with repairs and customer care! over-promising, under-delivering. A zero star to —Fremont Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, located at 39639 Balentine Dr, Newark, CA 94560—zero stars. Because the team can only do with changing oil, adding some coolant.... But they were excellent at ripping customers' money and making fake diagnostic reports!!! My experience there has left me feeling completely scammed. The salesperson, David Kay, epitomizes unprofessionalism within the auto repair industry.
On June 11, 2025, my husband and I drove our 2015 Ram Promaster Van to this shop, seeking repairs for persistent engine warning lights. On July 14, 2025, we picked up our vehicle and paid an exorbitant bill of $10,933.18. (We prepared for the bill since David said some parts have to be replaced,in order to fix the lights issue) I've attached a photo that clearly shows both the mileage when we dropped it off and the mileage upon pickup. Strangely, the van had been driven less than 10 miles after we picked it up ,the same engine light issues came back. In responding, I called David immediately, but he didn’t answer my calls; I have a screenshot to prove I tried contacting him. When I called the shop directly, I was instructed to bring the vehicle back the following day. But upon my return, I was taken aback. David, the salesperson, failed to mention the warranty he had assured us would be honored at the time of payment. He made a new report that included additional charges. I was astonished by his blatant lack of integrity.
Their primary concern seemed to be exploiting customers for every dollar possible, without any regard for the service or support expected in return. On July 21, I contacted Service Manager Tony Ma via email regarding these issues, but my message went unanswered— leader no Leading
As a customer, I fully understand that mistakes can happen; no one is perfect. If the initial repair did not resolve the problem, a responsible mechanic should simply redo the work to uphold their warranty policy. However, the Dodge team chose an entirely different path: they blatantly ignored customer service, opting instead to fabricate charges and further drain customers of their hard-earned money. Which can obviously shows that they have limited capabilities and limited morals. Which also naturally caused my suspicious whether they used OEM parts or aftermarket parts on my car. Whether or not it is necessary to cost that amount big money to fix the problem that we initially required. Anyway one thing I am sure of is that as a customer I do not have the obligation to pay for their mistake. This has truly been a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I can only conclude that it amounts to a complete scam.
So I am writing this experience publicly to let people Be aware of this shop.

Online pricing is misleading and dishonest. We attempted to purchase a vehicle based on this dealer’s own advertised price. After getting all the way to the end of the sales process (after pulling credit), they added $4,275 in “accessories” that were not included in the online price and refused to remove them, even though the listing never disclosed these charges.
They also refused to sell the vehicle at the price they themselves advertised. When questioned, we were told the classic line: “We can’t remove the accessories, they’re already installed.” If that were true, these items should have been listed in the advertised price, not tacked on at the end as a surprise add-on.
This is an old-school, unethical sales tactic, and consumers deserve better. I will be filing a complaint with Weights & Measures for deceptive pricing practices.
Avoid this dealership unless you want unexpected charges added after the fact. Read other reviews below, stating the exact same situation more than once! READ EVERYTHING WHEN MAKING YOUR DEAL, they will try to take advantage if you're not paying attention.
