Do not do business here!!! Go somewhere else... Here is why...My husband and I had interest in a 2018 F-150 that they had. We made an appointment with Xavier to go and look at the truck. We feel in love with the truck and told them that we were interested in it. At the time the F-150 needed to be serviced so were not able to test drive it but we were able to look at it and told Xavier, salesman and Manager that we were going to purchase it when it was ready. Manager took a picture of my husband's driver's license and told us personally that we are first on the list and that the truck was ours. We trusted him.... bad idea.We stayed in touch with Xavier and we were told that the truck still was not ready and now it was going to be a couple of more days until it was done. Again we told them that we wanted the truck, they kept communicating with us as if the truck was still there. Come to find out that the truck was sold from underneath us. They never told us, until we called them back to check the status of the truck.When my husband called them to tell them that he would come by to check the status of the truck they told him that they had sold the truck. When we called to speak to the Manager, they then said that they did not sell the truck, then they changed their story again. They even told us that someone else was first on the list which was not true because we were the first ones to come and look at the truck.The way that both the manager and salesman, Xavier handled with was very unprofessional and it is clear that they do not care about customers and that they are selfish and inconsiderate of others.Do not do business with them. They will lie even though they give you their word!I hate the fact that I have to give them even a star for the rating. If this was not required, I would not give them anything. I am beyond mad at this whole situation.

If You have a FORD don't bring Your vehicle to this FORD dealership to get it diagnosed. They are just guessing when it comes to Your vehicle. They will run Your pockets inside out. If You don't know much about cars, take Your vehicle to someone else. The whole process is frustrating. They don't answer the phones. They don't respond when THEY say they will respond. They don't have faith in their own mechanics diagnostics skill. You can spend Thousands on a known Ford Moter issue, with no relief.They talk real nice to You though. I recommend going toanother FORD dealership.

Robert is sales is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He listens to needs and wants and provides prompt service. Abbas the general sales manager is awesome in making the deals happen with the best terms and understanding. Mansoor the finance manger is professional, kind and understanding to needs with payment and getting the best deal with contracts. Overall great and 4th car with them. The best dealer and experience. Highly recommended

I recently got a Mach-E Select from Fremont Ford.Overall it was a great shopping experience. Mo and Taha were very accomodating as they showed me the different models. Mo did a great job in doing follow up calls and he was able to get me the exact color and trim I wanted. In terms of getting a deal I wanted, the team here at Fremont Ford (Wilson, Tarik, Taha and Mo) was able to get me something that I am happy with. They did a great job of explaining the breakout of the costs and price. They entertained the offers I put on the table and we were able to make a deal.Thank you!

I bought a Bronco Raptor from Fremont Ford. I had Jessie as my salesman, Abbas was the sales manager, and Roberto was the finance manager on at the time. First they worked out a screaming deal for me but more importantly was the professionalism in which the whole process took place. Would I do business with them again? Absolutely!!! At least, I would be giving them the first shot.

I purchased a new Mustang 2024 model through Fremont ford and the process was seamless. All the paperwork regarding purchase , registration and loan was done within a few hours. The staff, especially Robert was really helpful and friendly throughout my visit.

Bad legacy dealership with horrible sales people. They will rip you off and all of their cars come with a $10k markup. Dont believe a word they say because it is all lies, run away and save mine elsewhere.Also, the business has found a way to delete negative reviews from Yelp. I have reported this issue to Yelp corporate, this is the 4th time I'm leaving my review of this business based on my personal experience.

Had a great experience buying our car which is why there is 1 star. However, when we tried to cancel our warranty on our vehicle the very next day after we purchased our vehicle, we kept getting the run around from Mustafa saying it will take weeks. After a month of waiting, we contacted him just for him to say a couple of months. It will be 5 months coming up and we have not gotten it canceled. We called the ford customer service today & they notified us that we could get this policy removed with 3-5 days after ONE call. Terrible service after purchasing your vehicle.

Came in for $104 oil change which is already high and they want to now charge 3% if you use your credit card. Whether I buy something for $5 or $1000 from a grocery store or Amazon I don't get charged a credit card fee. Why here?Use your coupons if getting service here. And if buying a car you can get an extra $3000 off in addition to their $1500 rebate. When they say they don't do Dealer Markup it's BS, they just inflated the listed price at this dealer.

Ahmad was very hands on with constant communication providing timely information and answers to all my questions. He facilitated the purchase of my ford F150 and insured a smooth process. The dealership was great and the transaction went smoothly. Coming from the Sacramento area to make this purchase was well worth the trip. High marks for this dealership. Highly recommended.

Awesome team at Fremont Ford. Business from year to year is like a sports team as it relates to staff. Fremont Ford is Super Bowl caliber. They know how to treat you like a valued customer. Robert was my salesman and he is the best out there. This is the 4th vehicle I bought from Robert in 2023 and the experience has always been the most memorable I have ever had when purchasing a work vehicle or personal vehicle from a dealer. If you are thinking of purchasing a new vehicle, I would not trust anyone more than Fremont Ford.

We purchased our Ford Mach E through Fremont Ford and absolutely loves it. However, I would like to warn everyone to be careful about the Triple Plus Care Plan the sales team will try to sell you. The sales / finance person at the time mentioned to me that this plan covers windshield, tires, wheels and dents and emphasis to me that "for the windshield, if we cannot repair, we will replace with a factory windshield for you while insurance company covers aftermarket".I purchased it based on the words for a peace of mind. Guess what? I got a deep rock chip on the windshield almost 2 months ago, brought the vehicle to Fremont Ford, not that it took 4 weeks to hear back and to finally scheduled with the outsource windshield repair shop, there is also a deductible (while most of the insurance company covers for free). I was then told the rack is too deep that is unrepairable and the plan only covers for repair, no replacement. This what I thought to be a peace of mind package turned out to be a nightmare. I have not got the windshield taken care of it through my auto insurance within a week.Lessons learned. If anyone interested on this "Triple Plus Care Plan", make sure to read the fine print of detail or ask the sales man to put down in "black and white" about the windshield replacement. Do not make the same mistake I have made and could safe you a time and money to just go with your auto insurance!

I absolutely adored my recent purchase experience of the 2023 Ford Maverick at Fremont Ford. What started as a casual visit, driven by sheer curiosity to explore the available Mavericks, turned into an unexpected and delightful decision to make a purchase, all thanks to the exceptional efforts of two individuals - Eddie and Abbas.My original intent when stepping into Fremont Ford was to acquire their most budget-friendly option, the Maverick. However, the treatment I received from Abbas and Eddie made me feel as though I had walked in to purchase a high-end Ford GT.The entire end-to-end experience was truly outstanding, and I found myself driving away in a brand-new car within just 30 minutes. There was no haggling, no complications whatsoever, and this seamless process was a breath of fresh air that exceeded my expectations.Thanks a lot Eddie, Abbas and Fremont Ford!
