The price here seems to be a little bit lower than other H&Ms. But the return policy is extremely strict and the staff is not friendly.

I have never really liked H&M but this one was very nice clean and people were around to assist with questions. And seemed much neater and well organized than it was in the past.

They had a small selection for the women’s department but the men’s was decent.

Visited during holiday rush time. Lots of young adults yelling across the store at each other. Seemed like some girls didn't get along. The one that seemed like she was the manager yelled orders to the rest of them. If the store wants to continue the professionalism then they need to better train the workers. Not the young adults fault.

It's a nice two story store in a mall struggling to stay alive. It's clean and tidy. They don't have the most selection, or a huge dedicated staff. But because of this, it's a nice, relaxing atmosphere where you can wander and hopefully find a few things. I cut the staff a break, I'm sure they are understaffed and overworked.A decent place to find some basics and the occasional hidden treasure.
