I went here for my daughter's hair. She had a long hair and wanted to go medium length with some layers. The old lady hairdresser just ruined her hair. Never ever going here. I regret my decision of going here in the first place. I would not recommend this place

As soon as I walked through I knew I was in for a rough time. I don't know how this place is still in business, and I know I will never come here again. I'm going to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place, and I can just show my hair as proof of its demonic work. Image Plus, more like IMAGE MINUS!!!!

My dad has been getting haircuts from Nancy for 18 years, even when she was in other salons! She was good at cutting hair but nowadays she is TERRIBLE. My dad said he didn’t want his hair cut too short. He just wanted his hair slightly trimmed, but I guess she was rushing or something, and she cut his hair way too short! My dad was very dissatisfied and he said we will never go here again. It was a total waste of 22$!!

This no-fills salon has numerous stations and several stylists, more than many places. Shop was clean.
They accommodated my walk-in Friday afternoon. This may have led to extended wait time for rinsing as my stylist worked on another client.
I thought the price was fair for the service received.
Would recommend. Will return.
Stylist: Nancy professionally tamed my unruly mane. Her skills were apparent the moment I sat down.

Waited 2x time than claimed. Price increased by 30% over 6months; quality and attitude has been worse than last year. Will never visit again.

Worst service ever. I went there for shampoo 2months ago. Nobody welcome me to shampoo. They look themself and finally one man called me to shampoo. After shampoo, he didn’t make my hair dumb and took me to the chair. After that he started blowing my hair with hair dryer. My hair is with lots of water. My hair just dumb and he said done. I told him to blowout again. He did for 2mins and my hair is not completely dry yet. Still wet inside. Raining outside and cold. Luckily I didn’t some before my vacation. I won’t go there again.

I've been going to Image Plus for over 15 years. I've kind of always gone with Annie, who knew my style early on and gives a predictable haircut. I've tried to go with shops closer to our house, but have left unhappy due to weird vibes and inconsistent cuts. Once you find your stylist, you're pretty much good to go.

I asked for a trim and price was 40 dollars. After they cut my hair it was so choppy in the front I had to feather it out once I got home. Did not have a good experience.

Women's long haircut was for 45- which is really great deal as I am used to paying 90 for the same caliber haircut! It's store is located inside the Lion plaza (when you walk in it's on the right-side, further down). I called to set up an appointment with Annie, as her reviews on Yelp were fantastic- and she was amazing! Not only did she give me exactly the hair cut I had wanted, but had offer great suggestions for shampoo and other beauty tips. I have very fine Asian hair so I get a little worried when I have to change hair stylist as they tend to make it look choppy as they are unfamiliar on how to cut it, but Annie knew exactly what to do and created soft layers which is difficult to do with my hair. I am extremely happy with my haircut :) Annie was very knowledgeable and friendly- and would definitely come back again!
