They sell defective products and will get out of warranty issue as soon as they can. On top of that they acquire brands that one had good customer service and tank the product lines. I will no longer conduct business with a company that will do nothing to help with a product that was non-functioning front the first use. No repair instructions. No spare parts. No refund. No voucher for a replacement. Nothing but a big old F U.

Purchased a headset which failed shortly after purchasing it. Logitech support was helpful and got me a replacement quickly. That replacement failed a few years later which is to be expected and I was not upset. I contacted Logitech to get another replacement. This time, every time I contact support reps, I have a two day waiting period before I get a response. I had to send the serial number in and was told it was the serial number for the old headset, so I sent the OTHER serial number I had and wast then told that this serial number... was the serial number for the old headset. They are unique S/Ns and one of them HAS to be for the "new" headset. I have already been promised a warranty replacement but now they won't sent me one until they get the "correct" S/N which I have given them. I have attempted to contact support via their "24/7" support chat to try and resolve the issue but I have received no response in three hours. The stated wait time is 10 minutes. Clearly they do not know what 24/7 means. Additionally, I made a purchase recently because of a promotion where orders over 400 dollars get 100 dollars off and free shipping. I did not receive 100 dollars off my 410 dollar purchase and I cannot bring this issue to Logitech's attention because no one is available at their "24/7" support chat.

Lousy wireless keyboard (K400r). It was OK at first, then it started working intermittently and then it quit altogether. I replaced the batteries still no good.. I won't make the mistake of dealing with logitech anymore.

I just received a new M650L bluetooth mouse, and when I opened the package, the top of the mouse was uneven and defective and made the mouse very difficult to use. I would like a new mouse that is not defective. how can I get a new, properly operating mouse?

Avoid the official Logitech online shop.Placed an order on the 2/13/2023 for a keyboard and mouse. Both items was accepted and due to travelling in the near future I did pay extra for fast delivery within 2-3 business days. In all other shops I have used online, your order will be assigned a tracking number within a few hours. But this is not the case at Logitech, 5 days after the order placement no tracking number has been assigned.After several chats with the customer service, they say that the fast delivery time starts to run after the shipping has started.They are not able to answer if the items are in stock, so I wanted to cancel the purchase. I do not want the order to arrive while I am away from home. But customer service says it is not possible to cancel after the order is placed. Only way to cancel is to contact the shipper and ask they to return.If they can’t deliver the items should be set to out of stock in the store.Very strange way to run a business!

Logitech support not so much ! My 6 months old mx keys mini started having connectivity issues. I reached out to support but could not helped me.Logitech does not stand by their product ! Even with all the proof sent to them they still managed to find a technicality to reject the claim.Stay clear !

part missing from keyboard box, and I am unable to use mouse or keyboard until they send a part. Calling CS is not very helpful, on hold for a long time and then the system dropped the call. Ugh.
