Pioneer has been a great asset to my small general contracting business. Running a small contracting business requires consistent oversight of accounts and invoicing which Pioneer has helped with using several project management and accpounting platforms. They are always responsive, provided consistent service and helped advise me when I needed to change payment and invoicing platforms as my business needs have changed. Highly recommended!

I’m a regular customer of this accounting firm for 5 plus years and their services are excellent. All the staff is knowledgeable and they would ask for every little detail while filling the tax. I also find the fees reasonable compared to the other big chain accounting firms. Highly recommend this place.

Pioneer Tax has been helping me file taxes for the 4/5 years in a timely fashion whether April or October. Jatinder & the team are simply awesome. They are very polite and excellent value for money. I went in person before pandemic and now they have secure portal and they take care of it online uploads. You can still call them for any follow-ups, clarifications. I already shared the contact with # of local friends and highly recommend considering them. Happy Tax Filing :)

Don't ever use Pioneer for your tax filings! Jatinder is very unresponsive and unprofessional . We had trusted him to file our taxes and we ended up paying thousands to IRA because he filed late for us and had an error on the return. He didnt t even tell us even though we had given all the information for the return well on time. When we reached out to him after getting the letter from IRS, he was very unresponsive and did not help. I had to reach out to his office multiple times to even get a call back for any questions on the return. This has been the experience for all the friends and family we had referredhim to. We, as well as other family we had referred him to will be finding a new tax person.

Absolutely horrible customer service don't respond to my text waiting over 2 months. charging my account without sending notice, until text him back to going to open claim on BBB and responding me back in just 1 minute saying sure go ahead. Saying Don't need my advice take your account somewhere else. stay away from this business Dud!

Don't trust them with your taxes. They screwed up filing my taxes and I am ending up paying $1100 in penalties for the taxes which I paid on time. They don't even take responsibility for their mistakes. It is better to go with other tax experts who atleast take responsibility for their mistakes.

I had done tax filing here 2-3 years, but now they have new persons who doesn't have any knowledge. I got notice from IRS within a month of filing & i had to pay extra amount just because of careless ness these person did in tax filing.
