Clean, but rates go up fast. You can however, ask for a price deduction which wasn't offered, I heard from word of mouth. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely disgusted with Sophia and Dawn. Called ahead before I reserved a unit and spoke with Sophia about how we needed a storage unit to back trailer in. She seemed like she knew what we needed, so I went ahead and reserved a unit at this location. Got to the facility Sunday DURING office hours and barely fit through the gates with a dually and trailer. I’m talking about 2 inches on both sides. Attempted to back into unit but was unsuccessful due to the narrow lanes. Went to the office, no one was there. Called, no one answered. Left a message, no one called back. Called customer service and they let me know that they were going to urgently email her. Sophia did not call back until the next day, which was useless because my husband worked that Monday. We ended up getting a unit at the other Newark location. Called the next weekend and spoke with Dawn to transfer my unit to the other location and she was unable to do it without DM. Dawn said that the DM would not do so until the following Monday. Which again, was useless because my husband works Monday - Friday. Called We Care and finally got some help. We Care refunded our unit at this location and now we don’t have to deal with stupidity. Dawn’s only advice was to go ahead and book another unit. They wouldn’t transfer my unit because they would lose out on sales and they wouldn’t even refund the lock that I didn’t even use! Honestly worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. When I finally spoke with Sophia… she let me know that she doesn’t work on Sundays when office hours are clearly 9-530 that day. If you have a big truck or moving vehicle, go to the other Newark location. This facility is small and has very narrow lanes, so it is very difficult to get in and out of this place. Sophia and Dawn will keep your money even if the unit doesn’t work for you.
