NASIRA IS THE BEST!!!! :-D I was feeling very stressed because I needed to clear out my entire storage unit in a short amount of time. Nasira, the employee on shift while I was there, saw me while she was running her rounds through the halls. She was SO INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and KIND and BEYOND HELPFUL!!! I'm tearing up remembering this, because it made me feel like my Mom or sister was there helping me. She helped me sort things, lift things, bag things up, held doors open for me, helped me navigate the wheely carts through the narrow halls, and helped me bring things down from the unit and onto my truck. I mean she truly went ABOVE & BEYOND and I AM SO GRATEFUL!!!! Thank you so much, Nasira! You turned what was a very stressful situation into a fun activity and you completely lifted my spirits! I cannot thank you enough! <3

Made a reservation online, then had a pretty smooth onboarding experience with Nasira. Parking lot is large, facilities are clean, and there are plenty of sturdy carts to use. Moved in without issues.
