POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This cashier lady yelled at a customer for unknowingly placing items on the conveyer belt which apparently they are not allowing now due to social distancing. Customers need to wait until the cashier finishes with the other customer first. That’s fine but maybe it’s better to put a sign or better yet make an announcement over the speakers so customers will know ahead of time. Then the same cashier who was not wearing a mask kept talking to another employee about non-work related things in front of a customer. There were several people at the cashier’s area who are definitely not following the social distancing guideline. If they expect customers to follow social distancing, then management should start making the employees follow the same guideline. Please provide proper training to staff about social distancing and especially training on proper customer service.
