I did not realize it was by appointment only, so I ended up showing up to the place. I called the phone number listed and the guy who answered was very accommodating. He was able to meet me in 20 minutes. His name was Froy ( hopefully I spelled that correctly). He was very polite and professional. If I'm ever looking to buy a car again, I would definitely go through this place again. I absolutely love my new to me car, and the price was very reasonable. This was by far the best auto sale experience I have ever had.

We had a little mixup with registration/DMV paperwork, otherwise they were very nice to work with. Very accommodating and we will definitely buy from them again in the future. Bought a good, reliable vehicle at a fair/decent price.

First experience was great came back purchased a second car. It broke down within 3 weeks of having it and his one and only response was it’s the holidays I’ll get back to you and failed to ever reach back out and help fix the car or take the car back and refund me my money. Total waste of my time and especially my money. Stay far from this dude he definitely is not reliable or trustworthy and will NOT help you if there’s issues with the car you JUST purchased from him. If you’ve experienced this with him before I would recommend to get legal help as he won’t help you

Extremely smooth process and great customer service. I was picked up at Bart, checked the car out there, gave it a test drive back to the lot and made the deal. Higher mileage vehicle that definitely needs some maintenance like any other 173,000mi car would but the price was hard to beat, the car was extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware!! Just bought a used car here and first had issues with the front suspension making a noise. he had me bring it back and he would look at it, after doing so I needed time to buy new front struts after he said the one was bad and offered to charge me to have the others replaced. spent the money and time ordering and getting the new shocks right before realizing it was not the driver side shock or any of them but just the stabilizers were extremely lose on both sides.I tightened them and that issue was fixed. The next day I was driving at around 25miles per hour when I heard weird clunking noises coming from the engine with a loss of power. I Stopped and got out and noticed oil leaking out on the ground. I later took the vehicle back afyer he had it inspected and saod the engine got to overheated and was destroyed now. I was lead to believe I was getting a good deal, but so far NOT A GOOD PLACE! OR DEAL!!! So far the issue has not been completely resolved as I have not received a full refund as of yet, the way I see it the $1500 I have not received back from this guy has been stolen. I would shop elsewhere for a vehicle if I where you.

The audacity this guy has to call himself a salesman. Don't waste your time here. Go to an actual dealership. Somewhere where they disclose your interest rate without you having to ask. Everything about this buying experience is shady. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I am looking for a second simple car just for commute, its mean its not in an expensive range prices thats why its really hard and difficult to find one that nice and clean car and specially look for a trust and good dealer with care and respect, mostly they being not really welcome and nice to you when they know its a small amount of money or they kinda ignore !
But i really really happy and feel good with Sanchez dealer here , Froy, he is the owner greeting you and helping out with any question and give decent offer , specially he very patient to make me pretty happy at the end .
I love the way he doing business, CARE, RESPECT, HELPFUL! 5* and I will adding more feedback after he install my air conditioner for sure.
I am highly recommended anyone to come to Froy!
