“Their mechanics make good and honest diagnostics. They walk you through their reasoning. They explain the cost itemization. I find them trustworthy of your business.”
“Great customer service, and a timely matter. Called in with a minor battery issue on a wednesday morning, brought my car in right away and had my car back and working right with no over charges by noon. Big shout out to this place ??”
“Today I went for the first time after speaking with Ms Rachel to the shop . Were I received quality service . I normally don’t post on these reviews , but something needed to be said . I purchased a stage 1 service for my 2000 M5 E39 . It was done within a few hours. The service techs are great with this service ??. I WILL BE COMING BACK !!!
for the other things the suggested.
Thank you again Ms Rachel & service department”
“You cannot find a more honest, trustworthy, well priced mechanic. Kevin and Tony are quick at understanding even the most complex issues, figuring out the best price to fix and then their team does a fantastic job. Over the last 20 years, they have worked on many different cars of mine (Subarus, fords, BMW) and with every fix they understand my needs and help to make the best decisions. Cannot recommend higher!! I live far from them now and still take my cars there!! And, most importantly, I trust them completely. They will never oversell you. So honest!!!”
“In my experience, this is the best place to go for your maintenance or ur modification. They’re flexible but it is not the cheapest place. I’m definitely going to them for everything. Best customer service!”
“Had an amazing experience here! I took my car somewhere else for a tune up and they suggested a ton of different fixes that would have amounted to a total of 7k! I brought it to Cat's for a second opinion and got a much better deal, plus a better understanding of what my car needs and doesn't need (since I only expect to use it for another couple years). Plus my car finally sounds normal now after years of loud exhaust sounds. Thanks Cat's!”
“Very quick response time and efficient service. Great conversation and recommendations for my vehicle. I would recommend Liberti’s to anyone looking for trustworthy high quality auto repair.”
“This is the best place to get your car fixed for a fair price. I took my Acura tl 2007 for an small issue and requested an estimate to fix an oil leak. The dealer Honda, gave me an estimate of more than $4000 to fix the problem, they said head gasket, oil pan, bla bla.
At this place you will find the most professional an honest mechanics, they fix my oil leak, it was a cicilinder rectification for 1/5 of what the dealer was charging me and after almost a month my car is feeling good and everything work's fine by the way my car has 303,000 miles and still running well, no issues at all. Thank you! This is the place to take your car.”
“fantastic customer service. super friendly, patient and kind people at the front office. solved my issue promptly and thank goodness it was just a bad FOB and not a car issue!!!!!”

“UPDATE: I trust this place 100%. I bought a new (but used) car from a dealer and went to get something checked out at the name brand dealer. I honestly think they messed up my car, so I came back to Minh and he fixed the issue without hesitation. It’s hard to know where to go and where to trust - support local, honest businesses like this!
Minh is a very kind, spirited, and trustworthy guy. He’s helped me out on numerous occasions and I’m very thankful!”
“This marked my first visit to Mark's Transmission, now formally known as MTS Transmission, and I must admit, I've never had a better experience dealing with mechanics. Initially, I took my Jeep Wrangler to the dealership, where they proposed replacing the entire rear differential at a steep price. However, upon a recommendation, I visited MTS Transmission, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Mark was exceptionally pleasant and patient. He took the time to inspect my Jeep thoroughly and provided a detailed explanation of the issue. Contrary to the dealership's recommendation, it was determined that my Jeep didn't require a full rear differential replacement, but rather just the rear differential carrier, along with the installation of new side bearings and rear axle bearings, which resulted in a much more reasonable overall cost. I will certainly return in the future. Many thanks to Mark and his team for their assistance and efforts in getting my Jeep back on the road.”

“The service was also polite, and their accurate answers helped ease my concerns. Although it's a bit far from my home, I'll definitely consult them again if anything comes up.”
“My van broke down on the freeway. On Saturdays there are only a few transmission shops open. Lucky for me these guys were open. Not only did they take the job on a Saturday, they finished the job in four days. The bonus, it came out cheaper than my estimate. It's only day one but with my warranty I feel great about the repair. They even help helped me find a tow truck to get it there.”
“My car's clutch decided it was a good time to disintegrate and this shop just happened to be the closest one to where I was about to break down. I consider myself lucky, Henry was amazing to work with! He gave me an honest quote with options for OEM or third party parts and explained what the quote did and didn't include. As an engineer who tries to do as much maintenance on my car as I can, I appreciated the way Henry talked me through what he was going to do and what they might find. It's a huge amount of work to get the transmission out of the car and I agreed with him about replacing the main engine bearing/seal while there was access. It's not an upsell, it's common sense and I feel like Henry's explanations throughout the whole process would make sense to even those who are less mechanically inclined. He sent me pictures of the damage they found and pictures of everything sparkling clean before they put it all back together. It sounds like this shop has been around for a long time and I hope it stays in business for a long time to come. I won't hesitate to bring my car back to Henry if it needs transmission work in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone in the area.”
“Wilson Motor Sports have provided a service to all my vehicles and boat for over 25 years . From simple service to major over hauls I trust them for all my needs to my vehicles . Sean W.”
“Really solid guys (son and dad). I had tranmission issues with my land cruiser, and 3rd gear was skipping. So I needed a rebuilt. I shop around 4 different shops told me the same thing.
Reason why I pick ZATC. they can start working on my tranmission the next day. Other shops had 1 to 2 weeks waiting.
Plus I was talking to the dad of the shop he is a big land cruiser fan aswell, show me pics of his one. That make me feel better letting them work on my Toyota.
5days later got a call form them saying the LC was done. The tranmission works well and shifting was alot better. Super happy with this company. Thank you guys. If you have tranmission problem bring it to them. I'm happy I found a solid tranmission shop now.”
“So it’s been exactly 1 week since I got my car back from the shop ?I had an electrical issue. (Wires)When I would press the start button to turn off my car, the engine wouldn’t shut off right away. It would take a few minutes. It would shake until it would force itself off… then my headlight would turn itself ON. (Yes, the lights were OFF) So b/c there was no other way for me to turn off, a button that was already off.. it would kill my battery… which would make me jump my car every other day when it wouldn’t turn off properly.Anyway… I had already made an appointment at a Ford dealership in San Leandro for an oil change.. then I included the issue above. I had my car there for a lil over a week, I spoke with him the weekend after drop off (monday), and the day of pick up (the next Monday). I couldn’t get a hold of him throughout the time my car was getting looked at.I called & spoke w/a few other ppl then I eventually spoke w/manager who told me he would get the guy assigned to me to reach out, which he never did. When I picked up the car, they said they couldn’t find anything.A day after, the car started doing the same thing, I dropped my car off after hours (b/c of work)Spoke to someone new, asked for someone different for the lack of communication, the new guy didn’t like that so much, so I took my car to the Ford dealership in Fremont,They ran another diagnostic (2), they too said they could not find anything, but that my oil was over filled & that I needed another one (drain out and put new), something about a lid under the hood needed fixing which would cost $1800, and I have bad tires in the front. They too had issues with communication, but it was kinda better then San Leandro..+ it was there a lil over a week b/c I had to wait 3 days for someone to run a diagnostic ?I honestly felt discouraged, and I didn’t know who to trust. Then I went ahead and took it to Managal Motors, because I remember having a good experience with my rotors getting replaced a few years ago.I called in, I dropped my car off the day of. I was told that they were going to run another diagnostic (3) and that it would take some time to find out the issue of the car. They called for questions about it before working on it, plus called in again to let me know what they were doing, and what he thought the issue might be, and then I got a text of a receipt & a call it was ready. I dropped it off before their shopped closed on a Tuesday, and got the car back on Monday (they had it fixed less then a week!)I haven’t had any issues with the engine turning off, or no spooky lights turning on by itself since ☺️☺️☺️☺️ & I was also told about my bad ties in front. (Which I did know about, I had my back tires changed, and I was working towards the front… anyway) I felt like they actually took the time out to find out what was wrong w/ my car, & kept in communication, and my car wasn’t even with them for a whole week.I’m not sorry for the long review, I’ve been really frustrated with the lost of money, time and lack of communication and trust. I’m so thankful that my car is back up n running.? THANK YOU MANGALE MOTORS!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Ps. I had some burnt wires (from a car accident) that needed to be replaced, and the total cost was $537.69Which includes a diagnostic, parts, & labor.”
“one of Hayward's top auto repair shops. I was recommended to this store by my brother. Always give me sound advice instead than just generating money and keeping their word. I've been going here for three years. Genuine auto components and very affordable labour are also available. I advise everyone who lives in the Hayward area to visit this store for the best service. Last but not least, I would like to thank Mr. Goldy, the shop's owner, for his excellent service and high-quality products.”

“If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop, this is it. Mike is a quality mechanic. He's experienced and honest; most shops I've encountered only have one of the two. Mike is always quick to respond and patient in going into detail with whatever questions you might have. You can tell he genuinely has his customer's best interest at heart. My experiences at TLS Automotive Electrical have always been more than satisfactory.”
“I love this service! Jasbir And his daughter are beautiful people. They don't gouge you and they have quality service fixed my 1994 Pathfinder also my Civic was totaled. It was a difficult tow for the original tow truck driver but Jasbir arrived on saying and got the truck on the flatbed in no time”
“Brought in my car for a check engine light and ended up being diagnosed with some major problems. Now, he could easily have taken my money and done this major repair, but he actually cautioned us against this and suggested we pursue help from the manufacturer since my car wasn’t very old, and had fairly low mileage. Thanks to him, after a lengthy back and forth with the manufacturer, we are saving THOUSANDS on this repair. So grateful that he was so honest and gave us advice that was truly in our best interest. We will be referring friends and family here for their needs! One family member has already had a repair done and was happy with the service and pricing. Good, honest shop! You won’t regret bringing them your business.”
“I been bringing personal and work vehicles to Sam for years now. from simple oil changes and breaks to transmission swaps.
He will personally view and work on each vehicle and will communicate with you along the way if its complicated repair.
He's honest and fast. I believe he's expanding now and offering tire services.
You won't go wrong with SMC.”
“I had an excellent experience with this shop. After accidentally dropping my gas cap into the fuel tank, I was understandably stressed. They were incredibly helpful and professional, quickly assessing the situation and efficiently retrieving the cap without causing any damage. Their expertise and friendly service made all the difference. I highly recommend them for any car troubles! Thank you once again”
“Take all my cars here for regular maintenance and more serious problems. They always get to the root of the problem and what is the best fix. Best part of every transaction has been the honesty and we all know how hard it is to find an honest mechanic. Would recommend to my mother! Great shop!”
“They did my motor mounts brakes and rotors for my ford focus. I’m no mechanic but I am a car enthusiast;a broke one but they were very detailed and polite.Rad dudes.I don’t see why you wouldn’t give them 5 stars.”
“When you have a 1977 Datsun 280Z with Airconditioning and an Automatic Transmission that is, . . infested with Gremlins (not the American Motor's versions) of the little bug types. The only place to go and the only person on the west coast of California is Ken at Dando's Automotive.
Give him time and be patient, because there are places that even experienced owners and former mechanics like me that think they know what's going on are unaware of the craziest of possible problems. I've had my 77 since it was brand new and it took over a year of chasing, but Ken sorted it out when no one else could. I could turn this Thank You into a book, but we'll leave it right here with one very happy owner.”
“So I used to go the Lim Express which is right next to Pacific Lee Auto, so I knew of them. Well my car broke down this past Friday (day after Thanksgiving) and I had my AAA tow my car to Lim's. Called with no answer, but I noticed the Lim sign was gone. Didn't think about it so I left my car there in front of Pacific's with a note. Sunday evening I checked Google and found that Lims was PERMINENTLY CLOSED!!!! So I called and left a message for Pacific Lee. Monday morning, Mike of Pacific Lee Auto called me and confirmed that my regular mechanic closed down. And of course I asked if he could service my car and he said he would be happy to. My car was completely fixed with new, high quality parts, later that day for a very fair price.Since I wasn't able to pick up my car because I had to be in SF for surgery the next morning, I was able to pay him by Zelle. And he drove my car to my house (I live very close to the shop) and dropped it off so that it didn't have to stay there. GREAT attitude, knowledgeable and kind, honest.I'm a satisfied customer. And Mike is now my new mechanic!!!!!”
“Jaime is extremely professional caring and communicative. He worked tirelessly on my car “Blueberry” and made sure she was road ready. Not only did he come highly recommended from a friend he lived up to his reputation as a reliable mechanic. Jaime I would give you more stars if I could!”
“My R35 GTR was having overheating issue & leaking coolant. They troubleshoot & fix the problem. Good communication & explain everything that was wrong. Kept me on the loop the whole time. Also got a OBD2 port cover, to help protect the car from getting stolen.”
