Under new management! The new owners of this UPS store have created a friendly and efficient business. They greet you upon entry and you can tell they are hustling if there is a line. They recently renovated the store too! If there is a line, they have a self service drop off system for certain packages.

Tried returning an Amazon item in manufacturer packaging. This UPS asked for another brown box on top of that. This is just unnecessary and a waste of customers time and money. Hopefully they can sort this out with Amazon as other UPS locations do not require these additional packaging.
I decided to go to another UPS where they were OK shipping in manufacturer packaging. No issues.

The store is under new ownership. The customer service is best from all UPS stores I have been to. They always welcome me with great smiles and kindness. Will keep coming back here. This is my go to UPS store!
