This is the best post office. They are always so friendly and kind, along with being efficient. I don’t dread coming in and actually enjoy the interactions.

Terrible service. I left a package and it said it was scanned and isn't going anywhere. 3 days passed and no tracking progress. So,please don't go here if you want your mail or packages to get to the destination.

Do not use this usps post office. NO self service machines. See pictures. Waste of time and it seems they want long lines and poor service. Dirty and with no supplies

They freak out when people record in this public building. They say they are calling the police but the police don't show up because it's not illegal. Their poster 7 is out of date.

Always a pleasant experience visiting this USPS location. Staff if very friendly & knowledgeable. I've never had to wait a long time to get my work done.

Staff members Yang and Huang are super helpful and helped me retrieve/intercept my mail at the local office timely despite some swirls happened during the initial transit. I was very impressed by their support and care for customers.

I went to the post office and they told me that Tuesdays and Thursdays no appointments would needed between 10-11 am in the morning , and i went there on Thursday at 10 am they wouldn’t do it because i have to show up at 8:30 write our name down and they would do it , they are bunch of liers working in there , DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE , fremont location is way better
