Staff members Yang and Huang are super helpful and helped me retrieve/intercept my mail at the local office timely despite some swirls happened during the initial transit. I was very impressed by their support and care for customers.

I went to the post office and they told me that Tuesdays and Thursdays no appointments would needed between 10-11 am in the morning , and i went there on Thursday at 10 am they wouldn’t do it because i have to show up at 8:30 write our name down and they would do it , they are bunch of liers working in there , DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE , fremont location is way better

staff are mostly from one ethnic group and biased toward prioritizing customers from their own ethnic group, regardless of protocols and policies of federal facilities.manager from the ethnic group does not provide resolution but sweep problems under the table.postal services are simple services, but do keep in mind of your own rights.

This place would benefit by having SIGNs pointing to where things are, where the drop off is, where the line starts, which appropriate envelopes to use to mail so less questions could be asked to customer service who are mostly unhelpful, slow, disorganized, and lack initiative, wasting my time. By doing that, I wont have to ask questions, and they don’t have to ask questions, and i can get my mail done as quick as possible.

I Had very bad experience there. Feel ignored and failed to do what they promised with ignorant attitude. The manager spoofed me around , said he's willing to help resolve the problem but mainly just put down your number and only not even giving enough time to explain and prepare. ..

Had a very bad experience with USPS.com. The system didn't process my change of address request successfully and didn't start to forward my mails as the time requested. Losing letters from DMV is like a disaster. Have to come to USPS offices several times to solve the problem. But some of the employees here are generally not helpful. One of them was nice but didn't know much about the process. One of them (the one who mainly be at the counter of passport) was not friendly or professional at all. What she told me was totally wrong and her attitude was really impatient. While their manager is just the best! She is so professional, patient and trustworthy. She spent pretty much time (even in off time) helping me with the case, talking with other USPS offices, tracking my mails and explaining the complicated situation to me clearly. Big thanks to her and all the four stars go to her!!! And also I sincerely hope that USPS can train their other employees properly and make them more professional and helpful.

Ireen is simply the best ! Amazing customer service and was so helpful and kind! I came in for a passport application appointment for my newborn ( read as tired, sleep deprived mom) and was so patient with me during the process! If this post office wasn't so far from my house I'd find here every time I needed something ! Thank you so much ireen! Saved me from a cry session from being overwhelmed

Before the last month or two I've generally had a good experience with the post office. However recently I've noticed a lot of mishandling of mail, including not receiving my packages. I live in a condo unit and the USPS opens up the mailbox door, which gives access to other mailboxes in the complex. About a month ago I called the postal office because our entire mailbox had been left open. It didn't look tampered. It just looked like someone hadn't closed the door correctly. This last week I had two packages that were left in my parcel. However there was nothing in my parcel. I've tried calling the post office (literally 20xs a day) since this occurred and no one answers the phone. I'm very frustrated and upset. What is the point of a locked parcel if it's not locked correctly or placed in the wrong area. Plus awful customer service to not answer their phones. I hope they get it together soon.
