The guys that run this place need a serious customer service course! NOT A SIMPLE HELLO OR RECOGNIZE THAT YOU ARE EVEN IN THAT GAS STATION! The one guy sits there on the phone and looks at you like are invading his space, can't speak English, doesn't say hi,bye or drop dead ! The other guy just walks by you and almost runs into you ! If I wanted rotten service I would ask for it! The gas price, well! If I didn't gas I would have not stopped! Way over priced ! The only friendly face in that place was the Subway girl! Place is dirty, staff is the worst and I NOT RECOMMEND this to my worst enemy! SHELL , YOU ARE BETTER THAT !!! CONSIDER THIS FROM A TOURIST FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY!

An establishment is only as clean as it’s bathroom and the mens bathroom is disgusting. The women’s bathroom isn’t much better so I’ve heard. The gas is very expensive and the prices on food and drinks are extremely expensive

This was soo dirty. The bsthrooms were disgusting!!!!! The guy behind the counter was on his phone the whole time. I am surprised that Shell would wave their banner there!!! I love Shell but that place was GROS!!

It's gasoline, but be prepared! The price on the sign isn't what you're going to pay at the pump... and it's much worse if you use a credit card. The 375-ml bottle of water you pay 25¢ for at Costco costs $1.89 here. A 4-pound bag of ice costs $3.99, just about the same price you'd pay for the same amount of dry ice. An 8-ounce can of Red Bull which you can get as a 2-for-$4 deal elsewhere costs you $3.79 a can. Whatever you want to buy, it costs almost double what you'd pay anywhere else. Whatever reason these people are in business, it's not about service: it's about fleecing unwary motorists.

Nasty place. Very dirty had to go to the restroom ran out because it was really bad. Somebody s*** in the shower the smell was nasty. The employee was rude and didn't care about when I let him know. The health department needs to get involved in this place.

If you need fuel and use a company card to get it, don't bother stopping, they don't take any company cards
