We have used Alpure before to test after floods. This time with moisture in bathroom they gave report to tenant who became hysterical as she did not understand it. As landlords we payed for their report and are mitigating the water issues ourselves (air samples normal, just moisture in one wall), but tenant wanted to follow Alpure's insistence on using mold remediators (i.e. their own business?). Finally we explained how water mitigation works to the tenant and calmed her down, but we definitely did not appreciate Alpure violating our contract and ignoring our request to give our report to us and not the tenant. Too much unnecessary aggravation.

There is a saying "leave things better than the way you found them." Alpure does not follow this path. Now I have to hire someone else to fix what they have done. Buyer beware, they will do the absolute bare minimum. Go elsewhere for professional service.

Terrible customer service...no calls back for days re: estimate just grab inspection fee and disappear...will not use again

DO NOT PAY THEM till you get a report! I made that mistake and then called and emailed Jeff and office a number of times. When I spoke to Jeff, he said he would send me a report. I said after you send the report I will sign an agreement and give you the job of sealing up the wall holes. Then his wife on the emails said she will only send me the report AFTER I sign the 2nd agreement to seal up the holes. The complete opposite of what I discussed with Jeff. Soon came to realize, one person at Alpure says one thing and another family member does something else. I'm exhausted quite frankly and will be loosing their contact info. I used them 10 years ago under the best management when Bill Haden owned the company. The best experience ever. He must have sold Alpure name to this family. Dealing with this company and their office is worse than a root canal. I am drained after calls and emails requesting to move forward. The last email I sent them was 10 days ago. They did clean up the area and I have moved on with another company, done giving them the benefit of the doubt, they are just simply UNPROFESSIONAL, unpleasant and have no accountability if you pay them ahead of time.
