“We used Pini with Team remodeling for our spare bathroom and then re-hired for our master bathroom too. Everything went according to the schedule. It was nice that there wasn’t any downtime waiting for supplies since they were all ordered in advance. No demo until everything was ready.Crew was all very nice and they limited the loud noise activities when our baby was napping. Also used the side entrance so the dogs wouldn’t see them and bark more.We did a contemporary/ modern look. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get that made into reality- even for items they have never done before. I’m also a perfectionist and his team came back many many times for touchups until I was happy. There was some damage during demo to my patio exterior stucco. They fixed with no issue :) Unexpected leak in the spare bathroom during the remodel, the crew was there asap to fix.Pini & I disagreed on numerous items- the giant 60” tv in a small master bathroom. I love my giant new tv in there now. Extreme number of can lights. Dark grey paint. Even if we disagreed, he made what I wanted happen (and liked a lot of my ideas at the end too).Working on another estimate with them now for our laundry room adding a sink and cabinetry.They aren’t the cheapest quote we received for the bathrooms but the most reliable and reputable. “I got three new windows and one sliding door and the service was fantastic from beginning to end! Geo, my sales guy, was GREAT! Friendly, communicative, and on top of things! I met with him twice, one year apart. If you are thinking about investing in new windows/doors, pull the trigger and go for it. I waited a year before finally saying yes (after I cried lol). I'm a single parent and even though the budget will be tight(er), it has been WORTH it. I went from sleeping with FOUR blankets to only needing one. The windows have made a world's difference and I am sure I will see that in my energy bill too! :) The installers were great as well- fast, respectful, clean, and efficient. They even took a lunch "break". I expected they'd be gone for an hour but instead they sat outside for what felt like 20 minutes and got right back to work. Their names are: J. Serrano, Victor F., Manny, and Felipe, from Simi Valley. These guys deserve a raise and a bonus! Georgette, I believe in the financing department, went above and beyond for me. Taking on the task of reaching out to the city regarding updating my property information. She did not have to do that but did it anyways. This entire team has been amazing. Thank you American Vision Windows! There is one issue I am having with the window lock, at no fault of anyone. As expected, the company is already on it. “I needed something seemingly simple. A new flapper for a toilet. The plumber is hired stretched a korkey and it didn't fit quite right leading to leaking. I tried Home Depot and the staff recommended another that ended up not working. Then a recommendation from DIY hardware didn't work. Finally tried where I should have started. JC. “I'm that person who loves wandering around home stores and just see what they have. We've bought kitchen items here over the years and so glad that they are still in The Oaks mall and open. Came here for hostess gift and a housewarming gift. If you don't find something in the floor you're more than welcome to ask the associates if they have it in the back room. Bought a set of All Clad measuring cups and spoons and they wrapped it all nice and pretty ready to be gifted. We also bought our Espresso machine here, Breville Oracle Touch and the after service has been great. They know which cleaning tabs to recommend or parts to order. I hope they stay open with today's financial climate.”
