“I finally upgraded my IPhone 6 - and had to go to Verizon to activate the business account. There was another customer and I waited. Brandon G, the sales person acknowledged me, and said it would be about 20 minutes. When he could, he began my activation while the other customer was in download mode. Brandon was calm, polite and very efficient- answering all of our questions (she and I both). Excellent customer service Brandon ! And thank you to the other customer who was kind enough to share his expertise.”
