Driver based at this location. After missing a delivery that required a signature, received email saying they'd try again the next day between 2-6pm. Took off work at noon to find he'd been by at 10:45am. Had to take the entire next day off work to avoid missing the last chance before the very expensive electronic equipment is returned to sender. Pick up and weekend delivery weren't eligible options for this item. Don't rely on the UPS delivery window!

Go straight to source for shipping. Little wait but worth getting peace of mind the package is def in route with tracking. Save on store fees. Tip, check drop off hours as they close for an hour in late afternoon!

Says opens at 9 to pick up. I arrived at 9 and sat at the gate for over 30 minutes with no one acknowledging the line of cars waiting to get in. No remorse for being 40 minutes late for opening the gate. Terrible customer service.

Hours NOT updated!!! Do not trust Google's hours for this location.I wasted my time trying to find someone to take my package. I paid an exorbitant amount for Next Day and missed the pick up deadline by 5 minutes at the nearest UPS Store. Unacceptable.

Horrible service. They returned a package two times because there was not a suite number on it... I do not have a suit number. Each business in my strip mall has their own number. Frito Lay brings chips to my store every week through UPS. Then, the company sends it to me again with instructions FOR UPS that there is no suite number and what happens; UPS guy sends it back. Those workers don't need a raise, they need to do their job! Now I do not have product for my event! This is a big problem with Newbury Park Distribution Center apparently. You have horrible reviews. UPS you need to stop ignoring this problem center. You are criminals.

I live an hour from this location and went to go pick up a package because it couldn't be delivered to my address as listed. When I got there the gate for the location was closed and locked even though it was during business hours. I tried calling the phone number listed but the location does not have a phone number, it's just the ups general customer support. I talked to them and they said that the location should be open and that they'd have someone from that location call me back. Nobody ever called me, I wasted over an hour of my time, and I got an email that my package was being returned because I never picked it up.

Dump and run! Driver bout popped a wheelie leaving my house. Box and plastic ripped. Dropped it in the worst part of storm. Contents were soaked. On the positive- it was very easy to open with cardboard being saturated. Very disappointed they treat something I'd saved forever for so carelessly.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was continually put on hold, rudely interrupted and hung up on twice! This was all before I could tell the man that answered that UPS customer service told me my package was at that location. He does not have time to listen nor does he legitimately care. So disappointing and frustrating! Awful customer service.

If you have a problem with a package being delivered I would not recommend wasting your time driving over there. I offered to pick up the package there but they could not accommodate that easy request. The only thing they would tell me is to call the 1-800 number that when you call it keeps hanging up on you. Thanks for the terrible customer service! They were also less than friendly and looked annoyed when I walked in.

Delivered 4 days late and the driver is a grumpy, old, A-hole about it. If you hate your job then quit! UPS has become worse than the government run USPS which is hard to do.

Lost my package and not once did they allow me to speak to a representative. They pushed me to the automated online help which WAS TOTALLY USELESS! Left me hanging and not once cared. UPS is horrible!

this location is dishonest in regard to the application process. attempted to apply for a personal delivery vehicle position with a 21$/hr rate but after several days was called and told it was 16$/hr, even after I emailed the screenshot of the higher pay rate that i applied to on indeed.com. I have been in the courier business for 10 years and drive a large cargo vehicle (toyota land cruiser) so these rates are outrageous and not even feasible. I would have never guessed that UPS would engage in a bait and switch like this. i’m currently in contact with several labor complaint orgs in regard to myexperience the last five days with the negotiation process here. I do not want to see anyone become victimized from this kind of business practice.
