The customer service is excellent and they reply emails till late night, showing 24/7 work. Fair pricing and communication was excellent. They repaired a damaged Sony Alpha A7 III and 24 to 105G lens; both items came back in absolutely perfect operating and cosmetic condition. A Sony FX3 was sent in for repairs, and the customer service was amazing, super responsive and crazy fast turnaround time. Hands down best repair service anywhere. Super happy with Video One Repair.
