Great service, loved that they had weekend availability and last minute availability! Works great with my work schedule, very happy to have found All Creatures Veterinary Center. I have already referred one of my puppies littermates there. :)

Most excellent group of care givers from the front desk all the way to the doctor.

I’ve had fur babies my entire life(30 years) and coming to you guys was the best vet experience I’ve had. Thank you for taking care of my Baby during an emergency. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be back for her future care! 15/10 service!

If I could give infinite stars I would. My dog was in dyer need and this facility saved her life. I will bring all of my dogs here. I accidentally took her to another place before my mom referred ACV and we were discriminated against and they refused to prioritize my dying dog. I’m so glad I came to all creatures because not only were they understanding but did all they could to see her and prioritized her issue and didn’t assume what they wanted to just to get out of saving her. This is the absolute best place ever, the cleanliness and beauty of the hospital already spoke enough for me but the nurses and doctor made me cry with their amount of care. And they work with you to make it affordable and will do what they can and more to be there for you and your pet. You don’t feel like it’s just another patient coming in, you feel specific and special every time. Thank you to the whole team for being a high quality place

Dr Eric Wright seemed to me as a stand up individual that cares about pets and also their owners. Did not withhold any information from us,, laid it all out clearly and answered all my questions patiently..I understand working in the vet field can b stressful but front desk could take some lessons on leaving the attitude at home.

I really liked my recent visit vs past visits where they would just take my pet to the back and I wasn't present for any of it. I've even thought about going to another further vet clinic. But good thing I didn't - because this time, the vet tech came in and examined her in front of me. The vet also examined her in front of me. The vet also explained in detail about his recommendations which didn't happen before. This made it a much more pleasant and stress free experience. Hopefully it's like this again next time I go.

5 STARS +++ I've been coming here since 2009 for emergencies, surgery and general care. I've tried numerous other vets as I moved to the Valley and then to Ventura County, but have always returned here. The care my numerous furry companions have received here is the best I've ever experienced and it's worth the drive for me. The staff has always been super friendly, compassionate and caring.

They were very sweet, from the front desk to the doctor. They didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need. I could tell they really cared about the animals.

We truly appreciate your team at All Creatures! Our recent experience of getting our kitty’s health stabilized was wonderful. We were so concerned we were losing Flynn. He is back to his old self and we are so grateful! ?We would highly recommend All Creatures! They are very caring and have been excellent in their care and treatment of our little friend! ?

My experiences seeking veterinary care in Santa Clarita had been extremely disappointing. I was preparing to move overseas and needed the required examinations and documentation for my cat to travel. It is easy enough to find a USDA-qualified vet who can do the exam, but the paperwork is detailed and must be done in a specific time window. I had already missed one opportunity to transport my cat because of a practice that was not experienced or competent in international health certification. The staff at All Creatures was not only helpful and accommodating, but they proved that they had the ability to meet all the requirements and obtain the certificates on time (Dr. Mejia regularly travels with her own pets, so she knows what to do). My cat loves her new overseas home, and I’m grateful to the vets and staff at All Creatures. My only regret is that I had not discovered this practice sooner.

The front desk are very nice, however, in short pricing was much much higher than other vets in the area and by the time I had left I felt very uneasy. Thankfully I called some other vets in the area, and took my small dog else where for a second opinion and treatment, probably saved me at least 2k.In long,I brought my shih tzu in for what I assumed was a UTI, she only had one symptom but it had been persistent for weeks. After answering the assistants questions they took my dog away to let the vet evaluate her (I know this is kind of common now but I feel much better with my pets being evaluated in front of me). The vet came back, casually propped himself up on the counter to sit and says "could be two things, could be bladder stones, or could be a UTI" "I kind of think it's bladder stones since she's had the issue for a while". I asked how we would find out and how much it would cost and he goes "the girls are getting you an estimate" and leaves....I do not see him again the rest of the time there. I begin to look up symptoms for bladder stones and treatments and average cost online. The girl walks in and shows me an estimate for over $800 (just on tests to determine if it's a or b). Heavens know what treatment costs would have been over there. They still have not returned my dog to me and they've left me to "think about it". I begin calling other vets and ask for rough estimates of costs for testing to determine a UTI or bladder stones. Many cannot give me pricing over the phone which I understood, but those who did ball park it for me ball parked between $75-150 to find out. I decline treatment at this vet, they make you sign a document saying you're leaving despite their medical advice and that they've explained the severity of the issue. At this point I'm still thinking it's a UTI since my pup has no other symptoms that would be cause for worry over bladder stones. However I ask, "is this life threatening? Here it says the severity of her possible diagnosis would be explained to me and that has not happened, I'm assuming this is not a life or death thing" she says she'll ask the vet. The vet does not come out to answer the question just tells her "for today, it's fine" very ominous and made me feel very anxious about getting my pup help, and like I was being a bad dog mom for not dropping that kind of money on tests...they did not provide an estimate for possible treatments.I go to another vet (in canyon country by Costco) I do not tell her what the first vet said, just explained the symptoms, she examines my pup in front of me and goes "I can feel a sack of marbles in her belly" (bladder stones)I knew instantly that the previous vet either A. did not do a proper examine (as the internet had said most vets will be able to feel the stones within an exam) and genuinely didn't know if she had stones or B. did a proper examine, felt the stones and chose to still say he didn't know, so he and his team could charge for more tests. I remember thinking it was so strange how casually he came in and how weird it was his first guest was bladder stones when all her symptoms were UTI and if he thought bladder stones why he didn't say it with any confidence, like to him, it was just a coin flip. The x-ray to confirm the stones was half the price of what it would have been at all creatures. All and all my pup needed surgery, and she was excellently cared for by Little Paws (I believe that's the name) it was well worth driving 20-30 minutes away to get an honest and easy experience.
