She's always welcoming and always makes me feel like I'm an important customer and not just another foolish person with an account who doesn't want to use the ATM. Elaine, one of the managers has always been professional and extremely helpful. The tellers are always friendly and greet me when I enter the branch. I do come to the branch at least once maybe twice a month. We need more of that personal business. Especially when dealing with money you can't get online or on the phone. It's great to talk to a human being. Two on site ATMs. You have to park and walk either behind the building or next door in lot. Plenty of parking compared to most locations. Tip: Go off peak hours, first open and lunchtime are generally busy. Hours are 10am5pm Monday- Friday and Saturday 10am-2pm.”

“I visited this location on a Saturday morning. There was a big line. It seemed everyone there was exchanging coins so it took some time. The teller was polite and courteous and we completed our transaction rather quickly. There are a couple ATMs out front if you don't want to go inside.”

“I have an appointment regarding debt consolidation. I was on time but the associate who is supposed to help me is taking longer with her current client. So she passed me along to Mr Nick. Mr Nick is pleased to help out. He listened to my concerns and was able to give me advice and additional information. He didn't pressure me to decide right there and then. He gave me his calling card and told me to call if I have more questions. The bank isn't busy. An associate greets you and asks what you're there for upon entering. There are 4 ATMs enclosed and has a separate entrance. Great when it is raining. Ample parking as it is shared with a plaza.”
