“Great company they always have what I need. I’ve been buying from them for 28 years now they will always be my go to for all my building material materials and supplies.”
“I'm very pleased with the customer service. I was dealing with Site One and they left me in a bind so I had to find another company to obtain the remaining flagstone I needed. Called Arroyo and explained the situation to Jose who advised they could help. When I arrived, I received immediate service, picked out my stepping stones, they were loaded into my car and Arroyo's price was better than Site One! I highly recommend them and wish I had dealt with them from the get go.”
“There are lots of really good things to say about this place. First off, customer service was top knotch, Alfredo showed me what I needed and gave me multiple options. He was super friendly and on top of it. Second, the prices destroy the big box companies if you're looking for retaining wall blocks, sand, gravel, slump stone, bricks, etc. Try this place out first and compare prices. Not only are you supporting local business, but you're saving cash. Delivery was very prompt and quick. The driver was professional, and the product was top knotch. Don't hesitate to check them out.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
White Cap in Chatsworth is the definition of professionalism and reliability in the construction supply world. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team that clearly knows their industry inside and out. Their inventory is extensive—everything from safety gear to specialized tools—and you can tell they take pride in being a one-stop shop for contractors and businesses alike.
What stood out most was their customer service: fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely solution-oriented. They didn’t just sell me a product; they made sure I had the right materials for my project, saving me time and potential headaches down the road. The location is well organized, clean, and easy to navigate, which makes the buying experience smooth and efficient.
If you’re in the Chatsworth area and need construction or industrial supplies, this is the place to go. White Cap sets the standard for excellence.”
“Great guys - very helpful and there's a good selection. We came to get some flagstones for the garden and it's pretty wild how they can pack so much into their space and access it pretty easily. Very friendly, nice place, decent prices.”
“J C Building Supply has put a heads up since, 2015. To verify that all customers whom are ordering Drywall are aware that during being loaded they can not make a claim of any damages on their truck or broken Drywall that has been occurred . The service they offer is free.”
“They really came through. The guys had a job that would take a day and half, but I asked them to please push through and get it all done in one day, which they did. Ubaldo led the team, and Bryan and Luis busted their butts, and we're super happy with their work.”
