“We knew we wanted to use Hart flooring again for our new house… we started our home remodeling project and having Hart flooring do the floors has been by far the easiest, most straight forward on time project out of the whole remodel! Brad is a hoot and absolutely loved our time discussing floors, he was patient and allowed us the time to really think about what we wanted allowing us to take numerous samples home, more times than I’d like to admit… install day came and Sergio and the crew are so respectful kind and just genuine they treated our house like their house! They were so trust worthy as we weren’t home for most of the day and very prompt and very clean and the end of each day! Our counter guy was even impressed with the work and how fast they did it! “We had a great experience here for new carpet in our home. We had someone able to come out to measure our home for a quote the same day we went in and picked out some samples. Within a week, we had installers onsite to demo, haul and install new. Also took care of moving my around our furniture. Installers did a great job and I highly recommend.”

“We had an excellent experience having Brent's install new flooring in our bathrooms. Their showroom selection was good, and their customer service was stellar. They answered all our questions, and the whole team involved was very professional and polite, did quality work, cleaned up afterwards, and followed Covid guidelines. We had positive interactions with the owner, Ben, with Priscilla and Jerry for arrangements and logistics throughout the process, and with the installers, Victor and Alex....and anyone else who played a role. We are very happy with the new flooring and would certainly go back to Brent's for future projects.”
