Very nice people Good customer service. They can be a bit limited on their cigar choices and pipe tobacco. Overall this is a great store.

Avoid at all costs!! I purchased a pipe and it broke within 24 hrs. It obviously was poorly constructed and marked at a ridiculous price. This store is a waste of money and time

Avoid at all costs. The treatment of customers absolutely appalled me.I have been shopping here for the last year due to the convenient location, and a vape I purchased was defective (oil was burst all over when I opened the package & it didn’t work). Honestly, it happens— in transit, accidentally, etc. I wasn’t upset at all, until I went to exchange it for a working one. I put it back in the original packaging, and brought it back to the store. I was met with excuse after excuse as to why he wouldn’t exchange it (I wasn’t even asking for a refund here).“Well, you have to return it right away.” “I purchased it yesterday.” “Well, I’ve been sold out of this flavor for like 10 days, are you sure you bought it from me?” “Here’s the receipt.” “Well I don’t know you, so there’s nothing I can do for you.” “I’ve been in here with you a dozen times.”He shoved it back to me across the counter, and promptly shifted his gaze to the customer behind me after refusing to exchange it.After years in hospitality management, this shocked me. How on Earth do you expect to stay in business when you can’t extend simple courtesy to your customers? A $25 mistake cost you a customer who would have continued to spend about $100 a month. I’ll never step foot in here again.

So I just did a quick yelp search "smoke shops - open now" as J was on the fwy on the way back down to LA -- saw Cig Shop, popped off the fwy and head straight there. From the moment I walked in, the young man behind the counter by the name of Alvin just TOOK ME TO SCHOOL by how much he informed me on each and every product that I was looking at. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also confident in his presentation and his sales skills were fantastic -- he never became overbearing, or pressuring. Just simply listened to my needs, asked me what I had tried before, then chose the best set up for me. He even stayed Open a little bit late, just so I could run over to the grocery store and get some cash. There are two bottom lines here; First, I came in here telling Alvin that I didn't want to spend more than $30. When I left, I had spent $114, and I am extremely happy about every dollar that I spent. I'm 5x happier than I'd I had just spent $30 like I wanted to. So -- to whoever owns this business, Alvin is a HUGE asset -- I hope you value him. I mean just look at my scenario: $114 - $30 = an extra $84 he brought into your business tonight strictly because of his sales abilities and professionalism. Second: I WILL BE BACK!!! Look forward to seeing you guys next time. Also -- DO NOT BE SWAYED BY THEIR YELP REVIEW AVERAGE. THIS SHOP IS PERFECTLY STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING SMOKERS OF ANY SORT COULD EVER NEED, it's clean, and organized, and the employees (or at Least ALVIN) is A kind young man with a very bright future who will be happy to help you. To the owner: Give Alvin a raise!! Like....seriously. Raises should go to the employees WHO BRING IN MONEY THE BUSINESS WOULD NOT HAVE OTHERWISE HAD WITHOUT THEIR EXCELLENT SALES CAPABILITIES. That's Alvin!!
