No Handicapped parking , again had to park on Lyons of the 4 people we had to talk to we finally got a really rude associate we thought we would make it out of there today batting 1000 but nope that didn't happen the last person we dealt with was a really rude probably mad because she had to be at work today, should be grateful for having such a good job for the Lousy State.

Overall okay, but for CDL it’s better to go to a more experienced office. I came here to take the written tests for a CDL. I’ve had a valid Class C license for over 8 years. Unfortunately, several employees - including the person referred to as a manager - insisted that I needed to retake the Class C test before proceeding, even though that’s not required. No one could show me the rule, and I was told to “look it up myself.”
Later, I went to another DMV office where they confirmed I was right and helped me move forward with no issues.
If you’re applying for a CDL, I recommend going to an office with more experience in commercial licensing - it could save you time and frustration.

Dropped in without an appointment. Had 24 people ahead of me. I waited a total of 62 minutes. The gentleman that called my number was rude and not that competent with a computer. Having an hour to sit back and watch how the employees interact was entertaining. Most of them seem to enjoy being at work, others not so much. The current TV's playing advertisements could serve as a better resource. Here me out, how about an interactive bar style trivia game, played with your phone. Would help the time pass in a fun way and would help hide some of the rude attitudes that work there. Just a thought ...

The employees at this location are amazing, kind, and helpful. Everyone was so patient in answering my questions. I was in and out in an hour and a half, no appointment, and that’s including the time it took to take the ambulance driver test.

worst dmv ever and the staff is extremely rude. i took my first driving test here around weeks ago and failed for no reason. my examiner who was about 50 years old with light brown/blond hair was very rude. she seriously needs to get fired. i am only 16 years old but she was being very rude and speaking to me in a really angry tone throughout the whole test which really through me off and made me nervous. she failed me because she told me to make a turn but i was not able to switch lanes into the right turning lane since there was a car next to me and yelled at me that i missed the turn and marked it as an “intervention by examiner” even though it was not my fault. during the drive back she made comments about how i cant follow directions was yelling at me.

Incredibly cool customer service, very polite staff. I am very pleasantly surprised and would like to mention the employee Jeanetta. Very professional, polite, friendly. Explained everything, helped and did everything very quickly. This is the standard of a DMV employee. Once again, thank you very much for the service Newhall DMV.

With an appointment i was able to renew my expired drivers license with photo in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely great!

Well even tho they made a mistake with my driver's license renewal and I have to go back there again either tomorrow or Monday, I am still giving them a solid five star rating because I know it's not their fault should their computers being hacked by my stalker(s) and it's also not their fault if they were punked out and told what to do by the very same stalker(s) who might I add are also bogus NSA and or ATF cops who need to be tried for murder and treason among their way too many crimes they have committed .....(Any time Google)
